Understood my requirements, delivered when we requested decking and advised when approaching our property. Brite did all the right things, good to deal with, and the results look good.

As yet I have not installed decking but the quality looks amazing good I would like to say that Laura who works in your Yagoona office was a total pleasure to deal with not only did she go above and beyond she did so in a extremely professional manner, no matter what went on she dealt with it,I will even say if it wasn't for Laura I would have ended up purchasing elsewhere. Laura is a credit to your company and deserves appreciation.

Buying the product was not difficult. When I wanted to change the order from pick up to delivery it took 6 phone calls to speak to a person. For a national company, the service is appalling. I would also suggest taking the delivery cost into account when buying it. It adds in heaps.

We chose this brand because of the dark rich toned brown colour, but the boards looks faded and completely dull. Every single person who has visited our house, has pointed out the boards look so old and faded , like we used old boards. The sales person said this is a dark chocolate brown, but it is no where close. Even though we go ta small sample home, it looks like the sample did not show the poor surface colour and finish of the boards.

Ordered and paid a substantial deposit for Limewash 2.0 and we were promised by Luigia that it would be held for us as was being run out. We received Limewash 3.0 instead that we consider a less attractive product. Boards were very dirty when delivered and are not easy to clean. We can't get the mould (in particular) off them. They stain badly and stains seem to be ingrained. We had advised friends that we thought Brite was a good product but now advise them to use Trex or Modwood.

Awesome deck, easy to assemble, plenty of fixings included, cuts just like timber and looks fantastic! So many compliments so far and it's only been down for 3 days. Luiga was super easy to deal with and gave us plenty of info which helped us make our decision. Due to the size of our deck, I now have enough offcuts to use for stairs up to the backyard. Super happy with our Brite Deck!

Decking arrived, the greys are fabulous, we put down the dark side and it looks magnificent. It was simple for a handyman to install and we are so pleased with the end result.

Justin was great to deal with, quick to respond and informative. Unfortunately there was an issue with 3 of the 7 fascia boards which arrived with bowed appearance side-to-side, & one of which had damage. Justin quickly arranged with his dispatcher to send out replacements.

Brite decking are amazing to deal with. Their attention to detail and quick response times are fantastic. Justin could not do more for us and their carrier should be noted too that they kept us updated with delivery dates and times. They also helped us unload which was amazing. The product is awesome and looks fabulous. We have not laid it all yet, and we can't wait to see the final results. Also their follow up is incredible we had outstanding items that were delivered ASAP. 12 out of 10 for us.

Brite decking and particularly Lisa was amazing to deal with. We oredered and had delivered to a propert 2 hrs from Sydney. And I then changed my mind. Totally my fault as I’d ordered incorrectly. They were great , swapped and redelivered within a week . Rarely get that type of service.

DO NOT BUY FROM BRITE DECK Ok, I'm sorry to say but after writing up a positive review on this company. I have had the worst experience thus far. It's 3-4 months and counting but I have yet to have my issue resolved. I have even contacted Stephen Scott (Founder), which after 1 email reply.. that was it. Basically, I ordered the nextGen titanium composite board. However, the boards arrived damaged and some you can see the discoloration already. Even though they were damaged, I had no choice but to use them as I had the framing built and I had a deadline for it to be completed so the area can be used. The team at Brite are aware I had to use the damaged board. I have been contacting Brite about getting replacements on them but to no avail, no one would answer my emails. Not even Stephen who is supposed to be Founder of Brite would answer my emails. It's very frustrating. Apart from that, even if they do replace the boards, who is going to install it? I've already cut, shaped, drilled them down... this takes a lot of time and it means I'll have to do it again. Have a look at the photos and tell me who would be happy with that. It hasn't even been 6 months and it already looks like it's been there for years. On their website it's supposed to be weather resistant with a double layer of ASA, protection against weathering, stain and fading and supposedly 30 years warranty. It hasn't even been 6 months and I'm having trouble getting the damaged floors replaced. I'm now asking for refund on the damaged boards as I can't be bothered installing them myself. Unless they offer to install it, then fine. Be warned of Brite, DO NOT buy from this company as they have not been very professional in resolving my issue. I would recommend any other supplier of Decks, their product is not as good as what they seem. I paid $9k for these boards and I am deeply disappointed. I've given these guys several chances and until now it has not been resolved.

Ordering was easy however part of order missed from first delivery and a long wait to finally receive complete order. Very satisfied with product overall.

Offers no solution to a clear warranty issue, they don’t call back or say they’ll pass it on but it just doesn’t happen. We’ve chased them for weeks/months and there’s no solution, nobody has come to inspect cracks in boards after only months of use. Even a sample board that has always been indoors shows cracks. This is not ok! They were very quick with replying before purchase, but customer service is worth nothing. The person I spoke with on the phone is great at his job: fencing off the people that are actually responsible. Must be a hell of a job.
