“Was very disappointed that they came loose in a plain cardboard box instead of the lovely packaging that they show on their website, so couldn’t give as a gift like I wanted to.”

“Not keen on the shower gel , it’s a bit watery you need yo put loads on your sponge but it smells nice i was very disappointed with the shower gel and it not cheap as well but the body lotions are amazing and they smell lovely”

“I purchased the advent calendar at a reduced price £15 from Argos and even at this price I am disappointed. This is definitely an advent for children and I would say the contents are worth about £8 looking at them when collective together. They don’t particularly smell very nice. It is definitely not worth the full price and from trying this advent to see what Bubble t is like I will not be purchasing any thing further from them. The calendar did look Christmasy and a young girl would like them. There are some other lower cost advents and this doesn’t come close to them.”

“I am happy with the products that I actually received, but my order was missing an item which you are currently in the process of refunding, which is great, although I wouldn’t have been receiving the refund if I hadn’t rang you. It also states on your website that it takes 1-3 working days for delivery, however mine took a lot longer than this (8 days to process the order and a further 7 days to actually receive it).”

“Some of the Bubble B Cosmetics are disappointig whereas others are very lovely, new smoothie body wash for example, the peach and raspberry one smells wonderful. CS of company can be abrupt and rude.”
