“Isn't what I expected doesn't taste like the tea in the stores and was thoroughly disappointed at first, then I started experimenting and used my sugar and milk but found it perfect with my sugar and the creamer, still doesn't taste like the bubble tea in the shops but is still good after you find the right combination and would recommend for others to try just be warned you will have to experiment a bit :)”
“Love love everything about it! The kit was complete with instruction. Easy to make and taste so good! The team also advised me that Jess Lemon’s tea kit was available when I was put on waiting list. It was probably just the courier that took a while, but that is beyond you.”

I have made a ridiculous number of online purchases from various retailers this year and I’m sorry to say this has been the slowest by far!! I haven’t even received this order which was placed on the 4/12/2020”

“All of the ingredients are just as they are at the shop but I find it's a bit too expensive and I would prefer more bulk sizes so you don't have to keep on ordering and possibly having to pay for delivery for top ups. The pearls attract moisture really easily and crumble. They don't cook as well a while after the package has been opened. The QR code on the packaging for instructions hasn't worked for me and I would prefer for all instructions to be included on the packaging because it's right there for you rather than having to stare at your phone or log into my laptop as I have had to do. Also, if we are directed to your website for recipes/instructions, your website needs to be more reader friendly. The website needs a better interface overall.”
