“Ive been in lockdown since March and I love Bubble tea. As you can imagine Ive had to go without. So I was super excited to be able to make it at home. The products are great and taste just like if I was to buy at the shop!”
“Order the 3 bubble tea set with pearls and extra set of jelly. Packaging looks great. Both on the box and on the satchels, jars and packets.
Bubble tea Taste and formula is Okay since the cost works out to be cheaper to make from home like making your own tea and coffees and matchas and chai instead of purchasing take away all the time but I feel like the tea powder's itself has alot of artificial flavouring and sweeterners. I would prefer a more 'fresh' ingredient approach one way or another with non artificial flavouring and colouring. I also do not like the mass amount of email marketing that comes to my inbox everyday. It turns me off from the brand and product itself. Not a fan of the pearls unless they are cooked for a good 35mins otherwise they are still too hard and chewy and the jelly was good in texture but too-overly SWEET in frucose syrup. I would have to find a balance of adding ice if i want it cold for it to be less sweet, add more water with the tea, etc. I would like to know product ingredient breakdown such as what type of sugar/frucose is used as I prefer a natural sweetner or organic type of surgar instead of mass generic sugar. Drinking one everyday is unhealthy so I would like a bubble tea product that is actually healthy with less frucose.”
“Overall the bubble tea tasted delicious. We had an issue with the pearls crumbling and weren’t able to use all of them which was disappointing. We are still waiting on the replacement pearls that were to be sent a week or so ago. We hope that the new set of pearls don’t have the same issue.
We’d also love to see the messages of gifts to be printed on a nice print card or paper rather than handwritten. Just looks nice and clean that way :)

“Only thing that would be great would be to have an option to buy individual items such as just the green tea bags or just the mango syrups etc. because from my first order I haven’t used all the fructose or tea bags so just need the flavoured syrups really. But I’m in love with these! I live 3 hours from any tea places so to be able to make it at home everyday has been fantastic!”
“Great products. I think the price is a little high and should offer a higher discount for 'bundle' deals. I would also suggest attaching a small 'recipe' page for anyone who orders things like green/milk tea bags, which then has a link to the website in case you want more recipes.”
“The tapioca pearls were not labelled and therefore I incorrectly cooked the whole packet in one go, not 30gms. As you are supposed to use the cooked tapioca immediately I ended up throwing away a full cooked packet less a small amount!! The labelling also does not say that the cooked tapioca pearls must be used immediately and not kept overnight. I had to email to find that out. So, great product but very poor labelling and instructions.”
“Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I ordered Lychee Green Tea pack with Lychee Jellies instead of Pearls. I have never been so shocked at a product before. This tastes store bought and it’s just absolutely insanely good. It’s a MUST BUY!!”
“Love the flavour of the tea, and the easiness of making it - I just have a few tips..
• Including a recipe sheet would make things easier for the customer.
• No Styrofoam packaging (packing peanuts) would be better as my order wasnt fragile and didn't need them.
• Including a scoop for the tapioca pearls would be better.
