“Really disappointed with the timber, the timber had several holes which had previously been knots in the timber which had come out, felt as if they had not been inspected properly prior to dispatch, if they had been they should not have been dispatched in my opinion.”

“Ordering was very easy and the product arrived within the time they said. However some of the material was not 100% the ends were cracked but due to ordering oversized pieces I was able to cut from both ends.”

“Web service was very good, easy to find what I wanted. Easy to order. I had left some stuff in basket without ordering and received a reminder on email, which I thought was a neat idea. Delivery timing is too ambiguous so makes it difficult to plan when to make sure I’m available to receive a delivery. When it was delivered, I didn’t know that the Timber had been delivered and discovered it standing upright against side wall of house and it had been raining. Thankfully no one nicked it and the timber didn’t bow. Recommended improvements, delivery timing needs to less ambiguous and letting the customer know when the delivery is actually going to be made in advance eg email/text/call day before can make a lot of difference.”

“I was pleased to find a merchant selling the specification of plywood that I required. I was additionally pleased to be offered the option to get the sheet cut to my specification for a low cost. The delivered materials were exactly as specified and well packed to protect from damage in transport.”

“did not send the advertised product, sent me the wrong size, I asked for 35mm thick board, got sent 28. Even allowing for finishing that's clearly wrong. Still in discussion re solution to this”
