“Absolutely appalling service. Dire. When my order had not been delivered i chased last week and was told it would be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. I chased today to be told that they had lost my item, didn't have a spare and so 'would i like my money back'? Shocking customer service. I hope the company directors read this as they would be ashamed at how their company has handled this.”

“Phenolic coated ply ? Little more than spray on, you can scratch it off with your finger nail,will not last at all on trailer floor let damp in and delaminates,rubbish”

“I am happy by the service which I rate it as excellent. I bought rubbish waste bin 249L. Unfortunately, the quality of the plastics is very poor. It is very thin and the lid is twisting due to the very thin plastics.”

“Bought two boards to make seat cushions and back boards. Good quality. Bought the thickest board to add some height to the seating area. The peg board is very cheap compared to other places I looked and is perfect for the job.”
