“I placed an order and was told it had been dispatched only to receive a message several days later stating the order had been cancelled as not in stock. I was also told my money had been refunded and yet to date I've had nothing back. I think I've been scammed”

“Website was easy to navigate as was understanding prices & costs. That is the ONLY good thing, Ordered, paid almost £40 in delivery fees for delivery in 2-5 days & still not delivered after being promised via email from the company on 30th June, it was coming no later than 2nd July, original order was 22nd June, now 5th July having waited in on 1st & 2nd July for no delivery to arrive. Have spoken to company who say they tried to deliver today, when I am out working. Not one notification received regarding delivery date/time anything relating to delivery or even which company is delivering. I am so disappointed with the service I have received from this company. My projects are now delayed yet the company wants you to pay high delivery fees !!! UPDATE, Checked my home cctv system & no delivery attempted today. Every time I call I am told they are contacting the delivery driver.”

“Disappointing service. At the time of ordering I spoke to two different people to confirm the measurements and the boards were sent uncut, how this happened is beyond me! I was then told to send an email detailing what happened, instead I got someone else to make the cuts. Unfortunately, I do not have time to waste and do not believe the problem would have been rectified.”

“Very poor service (1 star is generous!) - no call rom delivery driver, delivery to wrong address (an empty house)/left outside, signed for by the driver and only part of order correctly delivered. Slow to respond but they eventually offered to send outstanding order by 'express' but after 6 working days nothing delivered nor any responses to requests for planned delivery date/time. Can't rely on them it seems!”

“Ordered some wood - called to check delivery details and was told they don’t get updates from the couriers. After waiting in all day I emailed to check why no delivery only to be told they hadn’t been able to dispatch as was never in stock in the first place. Hopeless.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Dire. When my order had not been delivered i chased last week and was told it would be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. I chased today to be told that they had lost my item, didn't have a spare and so 'would i like my money back'? Shocking customer service. I hope the company directors read this as they would be ashamed at how their company has handled this.”
