“Thank you for your email, I think you should check your spelling of “appreciated” With regards to my order, the timber arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Ordering online was simple and straightforward, excellent service all round. Thanks.”

“Ordering process good and excellent product quality. The problem with them is delivery, does it really take over 10 days for their delivery agents to deliver a 4x2 piece of plywood to a location approximately 15 miles from the wood yard. Also on enquiry their customer service agent did not appear to know status of my order.”

“Appalling service. Wrong item sent. Email was sent but receive no reply. We telephoned to be told we needed to submit photo's with measurements which we did. Telephoned again when we received no response to be told no email was received although we received a copy sent to our work email. Individual emails were then sent and again no response. We phoned at the weekend to be told to phone back on Monday as there was no one in customer services until then and you are also 8 weeks behind on emails! How you do business is beyond me. We still have the wrong item in our garage awaiting an exchange. So far customer service is non existent. Unable to click on the below as we emailed as well as telephoned and havn't received a reply by any means whatsoever.”

“I ordered on 6th April and was quoted 3 to 10 working days for delivery. It is now 21st April and still nothing has appeared. The “helpline” was never answered with no means of leaving a message and it took several days for anyone to reply to my email. The worst company I have had to deal with... probably ever! Useless!!”

“Ordered over two weeks ago, no update, no response to my email. I had to ring to find out where it is but was only able to be told it is in the system but hasn’t been dispatched yet and I could receive it this week sometime. I could have gone elsewhere and had it right now. Terrible experience. My customers wouldn’t put up with this customer service. Couldn’t even get through to customer service so spoke to someone from Sales. You guys need to do better because there are firms out there that are really good at this.”

“Such awful service and support. Having quoted up to 10 days to deliver, it took much longer. Then was "lost" and "expedited" replacement took ages. I then cancelled the order as too late, yet they still delivered 2 days later, with damage, shoddy packing.”

“I placed an order with them only to have to ring them back just over a fortnight later, for the 2nd time, only to be told my order had been lost in transit then to be told they would send replacements which could take up to another 3/4 days. I will definitely think twice before ordering again from them!!!”

“It’s been several weeks since I ordered some timber and I have rang twice to check when it will be delivered. I was given a tracking number yesterday for Tuffnells and it’s not recognised. So I have no idea where my timber is.”
