Delivery of the order failed. Order had to be cancelled after 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks the refund wasn’t through, so they said it would be refunded. Two weeks later still no refund. They said their system had failed and they would process the refund. After two months I got my refund!

Couldn't confirm delivery of item - said two weeks and then again delayed Finally had to book elsewhere to ensure we received one and confirmed the day before they said it would come back into stock and they said it's now being delivered (despite not being advised of it even being in stock or being sent out) and can't stop it! I have now have double bins and won't answer for a refund or return!

I like to give credit where it`s due but so much went wrong that it`s difficult in this case. The order was placed on 13 Feb with 2 to 5 days delivery but arrived on 27 Feb. I ordered a 6ft x 2ft sheet of decorative MDF but received a piece 3ft x 2ft, clearly sawn off from a larger sheet (although I managed to make do with it, thankfully). And my "safe place" (porch) was not given to the courier, who was told instead to leave it with an (unspecified) neighbour.

This has easily got to be the worst company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered 8 composite fence panels and 6 of the 8 arrived damaged. I requested that the company arrange a courier to uplift all the panels and arrange a refund as per my statutory right under the sale of goods act and distance selling regs. The company have issued a partial refund for the damaged goods but won't arrange a courier to uplift the goods or refund for the undamaged goods. I mean, what the actual F#@k!! Why would I want 2 fence panels when I ordered 8 and why would I want the hassle of having to dispose of 6 damaged panels. It's not rocket science, collect your shoddy goods and give me a refund you useless feckers.

Ordered and paid for a red wheelie bin. After 7 days no bin had been delivered. So I emailed to ask what had happened to be told they were out of stock for a month!! I was offered a grey or green bin which I refused and asked for a refund. Still to receive this though. The company knew they were out of stock but still took my order. Not impressed at all. One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! If I could give no stars I would!!! Took my order and my money and from then on it went downhill. Lied to you from there on in! Never received a delivery update, never received the goods and it took me 5 days to eventually get my refund! What an absolute shambles!!!!!

I did not receive my order. I phoned on two occasions, on the second time I left my telephone number but again no one called me back. DHL had lost my order. I told Builders Marketplace this in an email, but again no reply. I hope someone with some sort of authority reads this. I am determined to get what I paid for and am on the verge of contacting Trading Standards. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO!!!!!!!!!

Items never recieved, waiting for a full refund. I tried to contact them four times before I recieved a reply. They say my order was damaged and returned to depot but someone should have contacted me much sooner. Not good service. I cannot comment on how easy to get a refund as I am still waiting. Cannot comment on how long it takes as I'm still waiting.

Ordered mastic on the 16th January, today is the 29th and still not delivered. I am disgusted with the service, how about giving me back my £10 delivery charge? NOT HAPPY

I placed the order on Wednesday 11th January on the basis that the website indicated that the goods would be delivered on Monday 16th January. The time scales for the job dicated that if they couldn't arrive by that date then an alternative needed to be purchased elsewhere. I had confirmation on Thursday 22ththat goods were ready for dispatch. I contacted the office on Monday 16th to find out when I could expect the goods to discover that they hadn't been collected by the courier, so I cancelled the order and proceeded to purchase an alternative so that the job was finished for the client by Wednesday 18th January. On Friday 20th January, the courier delivered the 2 8ft x 4ft boards and left them in the road resting against the house as no one was at the property. Jad I been there I would have refused delivery. I had to find storage for the items over the weekend and am now waiting for their collection and a refund.

I have reviewed and sent you a message and email I'm not happy to accept your order after 13 days and no correspondence . I want a refund as soon as possible and have registered dispute with my credit company.

I ordered Magply protection board on the internet for delivery in 2-5 working days, order 177337 invoice 34756. I received an email saying it was click and collect the invoice shows ship to 51 milford road , lymington, I responded to email stating it was orderd for delivery and have had no response as yet.
