“I purchased Phenolic paint from Builders Marketplace to protect Gorilla Board when being used outside. The product was perfect for the application required. Delivery was delayed slightly by DHL when they put the delivery on hold for some reason without explanation which delayed the project I was working on, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. Excellent company to deal with and they supply good products at very competitive prices. I will be dealing with them again.”

“The product was fine, but a 3 to 5 day delivery window is poor. I asked for an update on delivery and none came. The first thing I knew was a call from the driver saying that he was outside my house ( I was 30 miles away) he dropped the items off outside my house ( as per my instructions) and left.”

“I ordered the trailer floor using their easy to use website and after I had placed the order realised I had got a dimension wrong so sent an email to their technical team, within a couple of days I received an email telling me the floor was waiting collection, this is where the service dipped a little as they were having courier issues, which they told me about, it took nearly two weeks for it to be delivered but when it arrived it was in good order and a nice product cut to my amended dimensions.”

“Available products and the web site were great - I easily found just what I needed. And the price was also great … very reasonable. It was the delivery that let Builders Marketplace down … by the end of the quoted delivery time they hadn’t even handed over the items to the courrier, meaning I had to wait a lot longer than I expected to get my stuff. Nevertheless, I would use them again…..”

“Excellent service great delivery and really pleased with my new decking in fact this would have been a East five star if only the screws for the composite clips had been with the delivery I had assumed that because I had to choose the colour of the screws they must be included. No problem. A quick trip to the hardware store soon resolved the issue and this would not stop me ordering again .”

“Very flat and cleanly cut piece of 4x2 marine ply. Would have given 5 stars if grain was lengthwise, not across. I don’t think it was possible to specify grain direction at point of order.”
