“Fence panels are very good quality and delivered right at the beginning of the time slot but only 3 panels where delivered instead of 4 . I am still waiting to find out when I will receive the missing panel ?”

“Orderd material for collection, collected everything and next day realised all the timber sizes are wrong. Called built but since it was Saturday could reach them. Receive call back to check if I am happy with my order but when I informed timber lengths are wrong they were surprised. Arranged next day delivery for the item and collected the wrong items. Usually don't deliver item longer than 2.4 meters outside birmingham but because it was their fault accepted the mistake and delivered the 3.6 meter timber lengths to Coventry”

“Orderd a load of timber the other day sent out part of it wrong ended up with a couple of lengths of lath instead of 6x 2 haven't heard anything about it yet.? can't be bothered to get in touch with me I'll have to chase it up myself got better things to do than running round rectifying your mistakes”

“Some of the wood I have received 25mm x 38mm and the 25mm x 50mm was in a poor state being extremely bent like a banana or still have the bark of the tree attached to the one side of the length of wood on at least three of the 4.8 meter lengths. Some of the plaster board I ordered were marked on the face and out of the 60 feather edge boards I purchased 12 were found to be either full of knots or split from the top to half way down or beyond making them unuseable for the purpose they were intended for. On a positive note the delivery service and team are very good indeed and all the other products I have purchased it's just a pity the wood has let down the rating.”

“I ordered some timber off the website for a DIY project. It was in stock and much cheaper than anywhere else. I chose to collect my order from the warehouse in Aston. I turned up at my chosen timeslot and the screen recognised me, but didn't show which bay to park in. I had a look around and parked near to where I saw the timber. After about 2 minutes of waiting, a member of staff came over, figured out my order number and got the items for me to put in my car. I received a free scratch card and won a new saw! The process did save me some time, but could do with being a bit smoother in less busy periods.”

“Have to say after ordering on line fairly easy and even being impressed I got a phone call back when I wanted to make an amendment, when the delivery came it was missing a couple of items! I’m awaiting to find out what happened and when they will be with me so overall average”
