I have always had a good experience. Form Bulb . On line gas and electric reading is very handy . My direct direct have always been assess quickly and a new rate emailed and changed for me .

Always found bulb very good, one tariff - none of the usual multiple tariffs, all designed to rip you off. Really disappointed that bulb wasn’t brought into public ownership.

The time I have been with Bulb the company has been excellent. Very informative and clear with information. The layout of the web page on my e mails are the best. So easy to understand and nice large displays. All information is made simple to understand. I simply cannot fault Bulb. It is so sad the company is being taken over. Thank you for all your hard work and service.

The website for meter readings is excellent; super-easy. They confirm via e-mail too. They also rang me to arrange a Smart Meter installation, which duly occurred. However, they did send out a sky-high estimate that caused our family undue stress. Thankfully, the smart meters showed up the error and Bulb quickly cancelled the estimate, worked out a new bill (e-mailed to me via chat to a Customer Services rep) and credited me with the money taken in error immediately. We all make mistakes but they rectified theirs with minimum fuss.

I have been happy overall with the service I tecieve from bulb,dissapointed I couldn't get smart metre.Als due to changing over at some point bulb no longer send you a reminder to give monthly reading.So I have to mentally remember each month as the last estimate was out by £60.00 the operators who take calls are very helpful and listen to your enquiries and give you advice and links.

Tried to charge me £23,000 for a property which I had not occupied. The actual charge turned out to be £26. They charged me an admin fee of ££15 when the direct debit did not go through due to their administrative error. Their routine staff refused to acknowledge the error and stated that "this thread is closed".
