New customer, i wanted to retrieve my original start meter reading as my previous provider has estimated my final bill, no category for what I wanted

I have been a customer of Bulb since 2018 and have switched to them after moving home this year despite their being in administration as I find them easy to deal with and their app makes managing your account so simple. They will be sick of hearing from me by now but as a first time home mover I want to ensure everything is going as it should - the sale of my flat concludes this week and we are already supplied by Bulb at our new home. I'm just hoping smart meters can be provided as soon as possible.

It’s very expensive every 3 days I put electricity in my pay as you go and it’s finshing so quick stealing money

Bulb has always provided my statements on time. I had a free smart meter fitted and it works well for accurate billing, the engineer was really helpful in answering my questions.

Courteous, not pushy, and always keep you in touch with prices and what they are going to do and what has happened. We receive a monthly statement showing us how much energy we have used, so from month to month you know what it’s costing you and you know that Bulb are there to help you if you ever have a problem.

I have been with bulb before the change in price cap. We've had our ups and downs but I deem this company to have good staff who try to do the best for their customers. Purchasing energy is never going to be cheap and with the wider effects on the economy, this is unlikely to change drastically. My advice if you're a customer is to stay on the line until the item has been completely resolved. Otherwise, things do get lost in translation or between departments.

I recently joined Bulb and setting up an online account was easy. I did need help with the app to enter your meter readings and their customer service was quick to respond and very clear with instructions.

Dear Sir/Madam; This is the first time I have dealt with Bulb Energy myself, and so fart they have been rather good. The E-Mails I have sent in regards to my account, they have replied to them very promptly. Which I find very important. Additionally, there is a name actually attached to the relevant E-Mail which some companies, especially the banking industry, try to remain completely anonymous. Kind Regards. Mr. A.G. Owen.

Con artists! They take almost double what they should be and they wont rectify it and are rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt wish bulb on my worst enemy

Another utility company that were really keen to have our business and stupidly didn’t plan for the inevitable energy price rises. Even more ridiculous is the CEO of this failed company is still getting his £250,000 salary.
