I found the woman I spoke to difficult to deal with. She wasn't really listening and I still don't know if I'm going to be charged with the £15 fee, despite specifically asking and paying you £80 (33% of my Universal Credit).

Please do not finish this company, they are amazing. All the big companies can learn from this company. Boris..do not let this company fold. If you do. Next election you will be gone!!!

After never changing from BG for years and years, Bulb was a breath of fresh air. I joined over three and a half years ago and have saved hundreds of pounds. I have had not one problem in that time. The system is so easy. They give lots of information on each statement regarding if you have a problem in terms of paying or for other reasons, and places to find help. I literally cannot fault them and am so annoyed that they’ve been forced out of business apparently through no fault on their part. It's a great loss.

Bulb was recommended to by friend when I quoted a big increase by then supplier they saved me £40 a month so I hope they can get through this

In August 2020, 'Look after my bills' recommended that I should move to 'Symbio Energy'. That was a bad mistake from beginning to end. My contract with Symbio Energy was due to end at the end of September, and a neighbour of mine recommended that I should move then to Bulb Energy. I saw his webpage for Bulb Energy and was most impressed. As a result, and before Symbio Energy went into administration, I arranged to move to Bulb Energy on 1 November 2021. So I haven't been with them for very long yet. My overall impression so far though is very good, and the way their administration is being handled appears to be much better than the administration of Symbio Energy is. I currently have no regrets.

Moved into property already supplied by bulb. Changeover details were delayed by me ( my fault), but bulb made the transition effortless. Courteous and well informed staff. Extremely happy with bulb

I’ve been in my new home for 2 month and have unknowingly been paying debt on my prepaid gas meter, I called bulb and spoke with “simran” who explained everything i needed to do, he was very polite and patient and dealt with my problem in a professional manner, many thanks “simran” and thanks “bulb” … exceptional customer service… regards Wayne.

I had a gas leak on my metre and the efficiency of Bulb had a new meter fitted within a couple of hours. They went to so much trouble getting in touch with the Nationals Grid and arranging everything so quickly which is ver rare these days. I was so grateful.

We recently moved house. We were bulb customers in our old house, and stayed with them as we like their green credentials abd find their bills easy to understand. Considerable initial confusion about accounts after the move, but at least you can speak to a human and sort it out, and they did.
