I cannot submit a review because I am still waiting for a response to my SEG application submitted on the 2nd March 2022. Please could you respond.

Hi Steven, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the changes to your payments. At Bulb, you sign up with a quote for your usage based on the size and location of your property. This may not always be 100% accurate. When we start getting readings from you and bill to your actual usage we review the payments to make sure they are covering your usage. If they need to increase then we will make that change. In fairness to Bulb, they are pretty quick to respond via email. And friendly enough. However....they do pester. And their generic 'send us a meter reading' emails are hounding, and guilt-trippy. Someone used to come and take the readings for me (sent by Bulb) but when they went in to admin, that got cancelled so I got hounded. They also repeatedly tell me to get a smart meter, and that my property is eligible. I'd love a smart meter.....but I have also been told by the fitters that my property is not suitable. Which Bulb know. But Bulb keep telling me I should get one, and that I am eligible. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Bulb is not a good company to use! Their service is so bad and they really don’t care about their customers.

Very pleased to be a Bulb customer. While prices have gone up with all suppliers, Bulb included, I’ve found their online support and app to be very helpful. Keen to see them roll out smart meters in my area too so that I can export power from solar panels.

Been with Bulb for a few years now. They’ve always been competitive in price and really helpful whenever there was an issue to resolve. Shout out to Alessandra who took personal charge of the issue I had and followed it through to conclusion.

Hi there well what can I say about bulb where do I start x I DNT usual write reviews but I can honestly say gve them 100%customer service I have always had whilst ringing them bout enquires x my experience has and always had been fast sufficient always do they best to help me specially with me been in I'll health x help me with my gas and electricity whilst covid 19 was in progress as good will gesture x so once again thankyou so much bulb staff x
