Bulb are fantastic. Can easily take a couple photos of my metres every month to keep my payments accurate. They are the most hassle free Energy Supplier I’ve ever been with.

I switched first time in15 years bulb made switch hassle free and my bills are cheaper each week than my last provider Scottish power.

Been with Bulb for a few years now. Always competitive pricing and I like the monthly account update as this helps me to keep an eye on energy costs. Used them at my previous house and switched our new home to Bulb when we moved here a few months ago. Pleased to say that this was a completely painless operation! The only reason that I haven't given five stars is because trying to get answers from Bulb can be a bit challenging as, unless you are lucky and the "BulbBot" actually manages to answer your query, you have to resort to e-mails. Must admit that I have had differing results when using this method to talk to Bulb. As Bulb appear to be getting bigger, I am hoping that there may come a time when there is a way to communicate with a human being, either through something like a call centre (optimistic I know!) or maybe even chat with a real person.

Bulb have been easy to communicate with and keep things simple and straightforward. I am glad to have changed to Bulb and hope the relatively low cost of our energy will continue.

Having recently joined Bulb after a friend’s recommendation, they now manage both my Electric and Gas supply’s, very pleased with the way they dealt with the change over from my old accounts and my friend and I also received a £50 credit to your accounts

Very easy to deal with. Personnel staff really good. Easy changeover. Cheapest on market. I saved over £25 per month by changing to them. I would recommend to at least give them a go.
