We have been with bulb about three years now, and in that time we have always found them to be a good company to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them, they make everything so easy, keeping you up to date with account information etc and they are always available should you need help. All in all, a top company!

Despite the difficulty in going into administration due to the pandemic and rising energy prices at source, Bulb staff remain customer service focussed, quick to reply (less than 3 hours on email) and understanding of our individual difficulties in these very challenging times. I really hope Bulb get through this unscathed as they are by far the best energy company I have dealt with in the last 22 years. Kind regards Viv

Excellent customer service. Bulb app makes it hassle free in managing cheaper monthly bills, also ability to amend the monthly gas and electric payments instantly depending on their usage.

It is the easiest company I have been no hassle to increase payments when in credit like my old company did. I read my meter when due phone in which takes seconds to answer. Intakes no more than 2 minutes to give both readings, I have been 100 percent happy and would be devastated if they were to finish,
