Each time I've had to talk to Bulb the staff have been exceptional in listening, help and advice and always seem to go the extra mile.

I really don't want to be taken over by octopus as bulb have been an outstanding energy company and don't deserve to be allowed to fold Thank you so much a very satisfied customer.

I’ve been a bulb member for approx 4 years I previously had been with SAINSBURYS and British Gas I can honestly say Bulb are different class from these big providers, the kept me up to date with every change on my account all the staff I spoke with were very pleasant and although they had a guarantee that when yiu called in for anything if they did not answer within ten minutes they would put £10 into your account that’s how confident there customer service was. I must say from the CEO to the lovely people answering the phone on the front line it was run the way I expect a major company to be run nowadays even with the biggest of companies customer service is non existent and everything is automated I will miss Bulb hugely when they go thanks for everything you done for me. Despite talking to a customer care team who agreed to lower my payments to £300 it has not been altered in my account app

I cannot rate the company as I am still waiting for October and November vouchers for my prepayment meter. I had a conversation last week saying vouchers would be sent and yesterday I had the same conversation. No help at all

Have just moved house and where Bulb is my new supplier. Bulb answer the phone so quickly and you get to talk to a friendly and efficient human being. Both rare these days.

After moving to a new home. We decided to stay with bulb as they had supplied the previous owners owners energy. The lady I spoke to at bulb was very helpful and informative.
