“I ordered two items from Bunaai, one dress, and one suit set. They delivered only one product, after taking follow-ups for so many days I received my other product. But to my disappointment they delivered the same product again. after that I tried to contact them but no good responses. I had to literally struggle for more than a month for my dress, but they kept saying that my pin code is not deliverable. I mean they did deliver 2 wrong dresses on my pin code and now all of a sudden it wasn't deliverable. I got my refund after almost one and a half months. I used to love their collection, but after this incident, I was hugely disappointed.”

I spoke to their team and they asked me to send the product back to their address to which i will receive a fresh product and immediately I had sent the product back to their address via DTDC and it has been delivered to them as per the proof of delivery. But now they are saying they have not received the product till now. I have been cheated for 3500 rs.”
