“More than worst . Wrong size inches are different from the website.... For example you ordered Xxl ,on dress tag will be xxL but when you check in inches it's come under L.... Utterly liar ..... Before order if you ask anything they always accept your request but once you ordered then you will able to see all the liars of the world in this team.
Highly unprofessionalism.. even if you share your dress pics( with intchitape), screen shots of there website, call recording of there representative.... Dear you are nothing.... After 5 to 6 months long argument I received by partially refund....... Because all the courier charges( which there representative said is refundable) didn't refund that amount.
So, if you like anything place your order, but always record there call recording if any case you face the same issue....”

“Everything about them is fake!! Promotion through instagram, keeping all comments off and letting only paid commenters or their own people do the marketing for them. Once you’ve paid the money they don’t care if their product fits you or not, they won’t exchange it. They don’t customise anything and don’t disclose the full product description. Quality of cloth is sub par, nothing is as bright as they show in their highly edited insta pictures. Budding fashion bloggers made this brand a hit by giving paid reviews and photos on their pages in exchange for free products. Size charts are multiple and confusing and for an online store I have never seen such adamant and resilient people who simply refuse to cater to any customers issues. O would not recommend to buy from here at all. Rather utilise your money with a store that at least gives you the assurance of any after sales service. I bought a dress for my pregnant sister in law, they’re calling it as sleeveless therefore they won’t exchange even though it’s not comfortable and a good fit, please see the attached picture whether this is called sleeveless or strap dress, look at the dull color also. She was not able to use it and it still remains untouched. Money wasted completely therefore I’d not like to see someone else going through the same. Choose wisely as most online stores exchange with no questions asked if it doesn’t fit!!”

“Their fabric and designs are fine but my experience of shopping with bunaai was extremely poor.
1) They have not mentioned any size chart for pants on their website.
2) I ordered M size kurta sets twice form their website and there was minimum 10" of difference in the waist of both the pant sizes.
3) This being their fault entirely, they did not cooperate one bit.
4) I was a regular customer, but after seing there service, I doubt I would ever purchase again.
5) My only suggestion, as long as you are lucky to receive the right size, its all good. If by mistake you get a wrong size, bunaai will not be helpful at all (even if it is their mistake).”
“There is no doubt that you will get good fabric and quality stitching from this site BUT they are not good for Online purchase. Their Online Return policies are worst. While buying online, we purely depend on photos and we don’t get to wear the dress to check its fit and look. You can’t deny a possibility where you didn’t like the dress after trying and want to return or exchange. Bunaai is worst in supporting such request.
1. They allow exchange only for change in size. You can’t go for different dress.
2. That too, if you raise return request within 48 hours.
3. In case they don’t have the requested size, they will give a coupon which will expire in 20 days. So, after 20 days neither you will get your dress nor the money.
4. Return courier and its cost is buyer’s responsibility.
5. On top of that they will deduct Rs 150 If you raise a return.
So buy dresses from here only when you are damn sure to keep it by just looking at its pic. Because returning is going to be a very costly and stressful affair.
I am never going to buy from them again because mere pictures don’t give me confidence.”
