“Please do not buy from Bunaai, it has the worst customer service. I recently placed an order and received it after 30 days. And the dress is not like what was shown in the picture, it is half painted and the rest of the dress is left plain. The fabric is the worst I have ever seen”
“You guys are not even fit for getting a one star also but there’s no option. The customer service is pathetic, there’s no response team. My order is stuck from the last one month and upon several follow ups they come with a standard answer that once the order will be ready, it will be dispatched. Keep shopping !!!
I would advise each and everyone that there are several other authentic and customer friendly online clothing brand which caters to the need of the consumers promptly. Here in Bunaai, my prepaid order, which I bought for gifting purpose, keeping 15 days in mind that the order would get delivered by then but now it’s a month and the occasion has passed. When I asked to cancel my order as it no longer serves my purpose, their so called quick response team came with a revert that prepaid orders are not cancellable, keep shopping! It’s so frustrating, I learned hard way that from now on I would not be placing my orders here. A big “NO” to Bunaai. Had a terrible experience. I hope this honest review helps to those who wants to shop through this unfriendly and laid back clothing brand.”
“I wish I could start by rating 0.5. I recently ordered one suit set from Bunaai ( Rosa Schiffili Suit), well the product was on discount of 25% from the website. After I received an order, within 48 hours I placed a complain. The top and the Bottom of the suit does not match with each other. When I complain, their team tells me that they cannot do anything about it since it is a sale item. But, they also do have mentioned on the site that an article can be exchanged only if there is a fault in it. NOW, HOW IS A CLIENT AT FAULT HERE for receiving the wrong product. I have attached below pictures, it is so clear that there is a mismatch of the top and bottom, and clearly due to less fabric availability they some how managed to stitch this.
Guys, there is always a problem ordering from their site, sometimes it is a size mismatch or sometimes the fabric issues. Never placing an order from here again. Horrible customer service. They will keep you on hold for 20 - 25 mins + and will never come on call. My recent order number was 361091”
“I saw one kurti set on bunaai website and order it, when i received the product the colour was very much dull as compared to the image what I had seen and it seems like it's already been used and washed. So I request to return the garment but thay denied to return the garment. I was been told that they don't exchange or return. “I Ordered one Dress on 1st December 2022 Till now I didn't received my order. What is the status of my order? I have been calling you but their is no response from your side. This is not expectable it is more than a month now and you guys are not refunding the amount or giving my order to me.
Your one of the executive told me on 23 January that within 2 days the order will get shipped but till now their is not any update from your end. You have worst service. I have never expect this kind of service from Bunaai. Totally disappointed from your service.

Very bad experience with this brand. I loose 5500 rs. Received my suit after one month. In between i tried to contact 3-4 times to know the status always getting automated response that it is taking time
When I asked that cancel the order and refund my amount. There response was that prepaid order can't be cancelled. After one month I receive my suit of wrong size. I ordered suit in size M . They send size XS . When I asked for exchange. They replied not possible. I again wrote that problem is from your side so you have to rectify it. But no response.
There customer service is horrible. No one pick calls. In Email and WhatsApp also no proper answer .
Pls don't buy from this site otherwise you will loose your money.”

“The fitting was absolutely horrible. I bought a sleeveless kurta skirt combination and it's a total waste of my money. The armholes of the kurta were so off that one cannot even wear it to try it on. I contacted them for a refund/ return/ store credit and they blatantly refused to do so. The picture on the website vs the product did not match at all.

“I wish I could rate them even lower. I had the worst ever experience with bunaai and for that reason alone I have to think mtiple times to shop anything online. I ordered a dress and it came with some red stains on it. I sent through an email to get a refund but was declined saying that if zoomed in on the pictures on the website, the pattern was visible. The dress looks horrible and it's an utter shame I can't use it or get a refund for the same. Never again from these guys.”
“I had a horrible experience with bunaai recently , I orderd a dress of 4.5 k for my sister they sent the order in 15 days and it was the wrong one, after many long conversations they sent the right one but the fabric is so poor and dupatta is damaged, they deny any refund, i asked them as you have taken 2 months to fulfill my order i am frustated and i dont this dress anymore so i wnat to return this. they denied citing there return policy..”
“We ordered two months before and no sign of it till date. When we want to cancel or refund they don't respond.
Product quality is so bad, material is so thin that it does not justify the picture looks. It seems they are being biased to their favorite or celebrity customers.
Their customer care service is also terrible. No phone calls have been answered after being in queue for 45 minutes. Even for emails they have standard reply.
They are not concerned to their normal ordinary customers.
I really don't like to put even a single star or mark here in review but there is no option to do that here. I really want to give ZERO for everything and 100 for terrible experience.
And in below questioner, you should provide 'other' as option so that we can write our problems specifically. Team bunaai does not even reply, how can I say when and how the refund happens. Quite an Irony :D

“Pathetic quality. I wore the sharara set just once and the golden print on it somehow bleached the entire cloth. I haven't even washed it yet. Not sure what would happen to it if I wash it.

-Not at all value for money. Please don't trust the image shown on their portal.
- It's better to have No Return and exchange policy at all. First they'll provide a Rs300 coupon to customers for pre-payment and later reject return requests stating - "all the products bought from the sale or coupons are non-returnable/non-exchangeable ''. This is mean and not expected from a brand like Bunaai. Beware please!
- High time to review and revise their customer support services. One line reply for all my concerns is the worst kind of response from the customer service team.”

“Requested a green kurta and it was not at all quality product, they have sent a very low quality fabric which is not matching with the green color.
Second the highlight of the suit is hand painting, I have added both the pictures for others to review so they don't get cheated, they are not matching at all.
Third, I immediately sent email sharing that I am not satisfied with the product because we trust and pay in advance should not make me like a fool but yes it is, so BUNAAI team this is such a shame that you are not delivering what you are promising a Rs.4600 pair of cloths which is way expensive than a average selling price in the Kurta & Suit Sets Industry.
Suit was not delivered until 15+ days.
Never order from them they will never agree they are wrong.”
“The white suit had red spots which looked like ink drops. When asked to exchange or refund, they made an excuse of this being a textile design and no return/exchange policy. Product images on website are different and show more seamless cloth design. Customer service has template response and no interest in understanding customer issues. Will never buy again nor will recommend to anyone.”
