“I placed order with them after checking if it’s possible to deliver it within 15 days if I place it now,to which they replied yes we do it in 7-10 business days, I made them understand about my situation that my in-laws are leaving in 15 days and if you can’t deliver it before that let me know I won’t place the order. they wrote to me exactly this.

I waited for 7 business days which they said tracking no. Will be sent but there was nothing as I had urgency I contacted both Instagram and customer service no. But both the places seemed very unprofessional (they kept repeating it will take more days without listening anything from my side) after a point the person on Instagram stopped replying, they havnt updated me with anything other than order no.yet. why business have customer service if they can’t solve their problems? If it’s just to say “we can’t help you then it’s better to record it in an answering machine” after calling customer service repeatedly the person named Siddharth says the same thing “I will check with production team and let you know tomorrow” I have been calling him from last 3 days and his reply has been same, from tomorrow it has become 2 days. It’s better to order from myntra or get something from showrooms and shops than ordering it here or if you have patience and time to wait for your order for months please go ahead and place the order.”

“I placed an order on 23 april and to my bad luck it was prepaid order for 4,500 . The collection was for mother’s day bu till now i have not received the order and no information. You keep calling and no one responds. I asked them to cancel my order and give me the refund for which they are not ready. I feel i made a crime ordering. Why can’t they cancel the order when it has not been despatched also. Very pathetic. “Placed an order in 30 march 2022. Unfortunately I prepaid for my order and received nothing till now. Its 5th may 2022 today. Called the customer care multiple times but the staff is also very shameless and ill mannered.

“The return policy is horrible. The product is very expensive and they don't return or exchange it if you bought it on discount...the customer care staff is really rude and demeaning...plus in case you want to return or exchange you have to ship it yourself...big mistake buying from them..I ordered one size smaller but since the product was on 15 percent off they refused exchange straight away...would never recommend to anyone...the sizes are smaller than the standard kurta sizes.but no warning or anything mentioned on the website...so buy at your own rosk”

“I ordered one kurta set and it was delayed by more than 10 days (total delivery time more than 15 days) on top of that I received wrong size. Due to their shitty policy of returning within 48 hrs they denied me return or replacement. I am a shopaholic and shops so much from different websites but till date never faced such a problem. Even LBB responded to my issues and they were resolved. Such a horrible experience. Beware guys they are duping people. Also would like to mention that quality is substandard. Don't go by the beautiful pictures they show.”

“this is pathetic website..Suits are unnecessary expensive for cheap stuff and on top of that customer care number is not reachable. They share a what's app number and that is a basically chat boot does nothing for you. Return policy is pretty bad”
“I received my suit set today. Material quality is not as per expectation and as per price. The colour and fitting are not as per photos. Kurta is not looking like new, very dull. Seems a over-sized kurta have been altered to L size. Return and exchange policy is terrible, so I will not order again.”

“i really love the collection and patterns, but these days prices seems to be 40% high for the same quality and patterns as compare to previous with similar quality material patterns. Kindly check your sales, you must be loosing customers. For the Kurta set which was Rs.2800 before was been charged now at 4000. fluctuation in prices might happen in all the places, but not sudden increase in prices . check you revenue and compare the number of buyers, you might be missing many buyers due to your price category... prices are very very very high”
