“Ordered a dhoti set from there and the size didn't fit me so I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size but they outright rejected saying it can't be because it is discounted item. If that's the case why not to display on the item itself that what is exchangable and what not rather than taking an advantage of mentioning this clause somewhere in the policy section.”
