“Brilliant service from start to finish when buying my new car. Tracey Groom dealt with any questions I had, she couldn’t offer a test drive because they didn’t have an automatic. I was kept informed regarding delivery of my new car all the way until collection, first class service”

“Very smooth transaction abigail was very professional warm and curtious throughout the whole process. Keeping me informed on the transaction from start to finish. Smooth hand over really impressed with nearly a full drive away tank of petrol and swooping my private plates would recommend and do reccomend to alm my friends and family”

“This is the third car we have bought from Burrows Sheffield and have always had a great service from them at the time of buying a car and at car servicing time. The salesmen on each occasion was David Jessop who helped us get to the budget we had, advised us of Mazda offers and kept us informed at all stages via email and telephone. Thank You”

“Perfect experience buying my first ever new car from a main dealership. The team at burrows were very helpful and friendly. We spoke with Dan about what i I wanted, Dan went through various options of what I could have and helped me stay within my desired budget. We ordered my new car and was kept updated on the progress. The day of collection, the team were great, sorted out all the paperwork and was swiftly on my way in my new car. One happy customer, looking forward to new options in the future. Thanks to Micheal also for sorting my finance & having a great sense of humour. :)”

“I have recently bought a Rav 4 and I have to say the sales staff were excellent Julie kept me updated every step of the way and she went out of her way to explain every detail of the purchase and I felt valued all in all a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with my purchase. On a side note, I wish I could say the same about the service department. I order chrome door trim which wasn't fitted when I took delivery, I was told they were out of stock. I was booked in for the 3rd of October to have them fitted and the process would take an hour. After waiting two hours I was told that they could not be fitted and they would need the vehicle all day. I was offered a replacement vehicle which would be delivered to my door and my vehicle would be taken and the work would be done. In the end, I was so fed up that I asked for a refund.”
