“From arrival and the fantastic coffee to delivery everything was brilliant. I have always believed in having a good bed and this is the best I have ever had. Superb quality and so so comfortable. The base was reduced and was a fantastic bargain. Two days after my purchase my brother who is very hard to impress, visited the showroom and bought four beds (to replace those damaged by a flood in his house). They must be good, and they are. Delivery to mid Wales was super efficient , the delivery guys lovely and assembled the bed in no time at all Highly recommended and will never go anywhere else for a bed purchase. Really liked the gift of a single sock its partner will be sent later by post following a review being posted”

“Love our bed. Best purchase we've ever made. We moved into rental accommodation with no furniture at all and have tried to be really selective with what we've bought. So far we've got... this bed and a sofa. We just ordered the bed frame - next we need a king size mattress to go on top of it! Currently making do with an older double mattress gifted to us. It still fits on top, so if anyone else is in a similar position to us when ordering, just know it still works and looks great! OUR ORDER: the Foxtail King Size Ottoman, Fabric: Iron, Storage: Ottoman. CHOICE OF FABRIC: Went with our gut, got the brushed cotton iron without viewing samples. Just as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. Was a pleasant surprise! FINANCE REQUEST: Easy as pie. Necessary for us (given the above). Maybe in a few months time we'll be back to try out the mattresses themselves! ARRANGING DELIVERY: Also easy, we looked forward to receiving the email with our estimated delivery date. It took exactly 6 weeks from ordering, as expected (but at the early end of the 6-8 week delivery period). We had a quite tight schedule given we were travelling back from a wedding, but Button & Sprung were really flexible and tried their best to accommodate our limited availability, giving us the latest slot possible. DELIVERY: We received a call and text updates from the delivery guys, very friendly, minor delay due to a previous order taking a little longer than expected, but we were grateful for the update as it didn't even give us the chance to start wondering where they were. BUILD: Didn't have to do a thing! Thanks again for your help. REMOVAL OF OLD BED / MATTRESS: Wasn't needed. Even better than in the pictures. So very glad we didn't go for a more 'budget friendly' lookalike. Only wish we could afford a mattress too at this moment in time, as we're sure they're equally as delightful. We'll be back!”

“Start to finish - everything was great. The staff in the showroom were very helpful and made a great cup of coffee. Gave us time and when needed guidance on choosing a mattress and a bed frame. We went for the Montdale mattress and Foxtail bed frame in nickle soft wool. Communication throughout was excellent and delivery was arranged at a time that suited us. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were fantastic - very polite and efficient cannot praise them enough. We are very happy with the bed and mattress so far, well worth the money. Thank you.”

“Choosing the right bed and mattress was very critical to me, we spend many hours in it after all. The team were brilliant, from getting samples, to seeing the bed in the showroom, choosing a mattress, order and installation. The Burdoch bed and Perendale mattress is very comfortable!!!!!!”
