“Great service start to finish. We could pick the different elements of the bed to fit out requirements. It was great they had a showroom in London to physically inspect the bed. Overall positive experience.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with Button & Sprung's personalised service from the moment we stepped in their store. We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and was taken step by step through each mattress to see which types of mattresses would suit us after advising what we were initialling after. They were more than accommodating when they allowed us the remaining 2 hours that the store was open to test out a selection in their sleep room alongside a complementary cup of tea! Since receiving our mattress just before Christmas, we have been more than happy; noticing significant reduction in back, hip and shoulder pain. It has taken us a little while to adjust as this mattress is a lot more firm that what we are used to but I have no doubt that this will be the one for us. Thanks for a great service Button & Sprung. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mattress to support bad posture.”

Hi Stuart, Thanks so much for your review. It's interesting to hear your comments about the 'softness' of the mattress. We think the biggest myth in the mattress industry is that a very firm mattress is "orthopaedic" - when in fact, a mattress that is too firm can push your spine out of line when you are sleeping. A truly supportive mattress should ideally cradle and support your body - putting your spine into a neutral and straight position. We hope that you enjoy the mattress for many years to come! “Entire team are fantastic, inc delivery team. Now the bed. We needed extra storage, however every Ottoman we looked at, looked like it would last a year max. Then we found this, not only did it look and feel like it would last years, they back it up with a 10 year gaurentee. The other good thing about this bed is its compactness. It's basically the size of the mattress. We are very happy.”

“The service at the showroom is excellent, the staff helps you out and there are HUNDRENDS of fabric sample to browse (ok maybe not hundrends but that's the feeling). The bed was delivered as agreed and assembled in the room by professionals. We are very satisfied with the quality of this service.”

“Great workshop and client services. Also very happy with out mattress and the service we received. Reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 is because I feel they could take their service up a notch seeing that the product is expensive. I initially struggled with the mattress as it had to settle down. I would of wanted to know what the experience may of been like so I would of been prepared knowing that initially the mattress wouldn't feel good as needed time. I also think they need to consider people's body weight & size because that impacts choosing the right mattress. Everything else is great, highly recommend their company and products. Will use again.”

“I can’t tell you enough how much our new mattress changed our lives. It was the best investment ever. It is so comfortable we feel fully energised in the morning and don’t have problems falling asleep anymore. We’ve tried so many on the market and took a long time to decide. I’m very fussy and want the best. Well next time we’ll go straight to Button&Sprung. Great advice, helpful and relaxed service, outstanding quality mattress and bed. #montadale regular”

“Everyone at Button and Sprung we dealt with was perfectly pleasant, but response times to the few emails we sent were not great. The bedframe we ordered came with an unidentified mark, which we have complained about and have yet to receive a response about. Not what I would have expected when spending a significant amount of money.”
