“Our new bed is beautifully made and great quality. It feels very sturdy. We chose 'stone' fabric, which is really soft. The customer service was great; the bed was ready earlier than I expected and the delivery process was efficient. The delivery men were very professional and polite, they took their shoes off and washed their hands. They got it all set up within 15 minutes and took all packaging away.”

“Their website is excellent. The bed styles and fabric choices are endless, enabling you to really feel like your purchasing a truly bespoke pice of furniture. The samples I requested arrived very promptly and any questions I had were answered efficiently. Delivery was as stated and I was informed all along the way. Even better was the 2 man delivery team who actually erected the bed for us at no extra cost! I am extremely grateful for that and they were extremely courteous and quick. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending this British company to anyone wanting a good quality, reasonably priced bedstead. You should at least take a look.”

“My daughter loves her new bed. We went for the Double Iris Ottoman in Carbon velvet which looks fabulous with her new grey mirrored wardrobes. From ordering the bed through to delivery, everything was very efficient. We had advice on a mattress and also visited the showroom. We chose the Borderdale mattress which was described as firm and seeing my daughter is a front sleeper was suggested this would be good for her. She seems happy enough with it after 2 weeks, but we do have the 100 night free return which gives piece of mind. Do try to go thereto the showroom, as we did change our minds on the colour of the velvet, when seeing a large piece in real life. We will be ordering a second bed soon for us!!”

“This is how shopping should be. From the moment we entered the showroom it was a wonderful experience. We were offered coffee and told to go and try all the beds. There’s a children’s play area and our 4yr old was in his element. He was given a babycinno and headphones to watch paw patrol and was actively encouraged to jump on the beds, which he took full advantage of. The advisors were extremely knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to buy anything, although we ended up being in there for 4 hours and bought a beautiful Super King bed, which we are extremely happy with. On the day of delivery the mattress wouldn’t fit up the stairs, which was our fault for not measuring properly. They took the mattress back with no quibbles and made us 2 singles that zip together to make a super king! Would highly recommend Button and Sprung and won’t hesitate to buy from them again.”

“I cannot overemphasise how great our experience with Button & Sprung has been - not only in terms of getting an amazing, comfortable new bed, but also in terms of customer service. Totally superlative. I love the showroom too - it was the only one of the many I visited where I felt relaxed, comfortable and able to really take my time to choose. The staff, and Matthew in particular, were generous with their time and expertise, gave us great advice and went out of their way to help us get the bed we wanted as soon as possible. We were so impressed with the quality of the mattresses and the obvious commitment of Button& Sprung to making things in the right way (quality, sustainability, durability etc) that we bought our bed frame there too. They're both brilliant. I'd been searching for a mattress made of natural materials as I've got a health condition that means sleep is tricky and I've noticed that natural materials help. I would really recommend - my sleep is very noticeably better now - can't tell you how happy this has made me! Delivery was great too - the delivery guys were so considerate. They arrived just when I'd started teaching an online yoga class from home, and they did their utmost to keep the noise of bedframe assembly to an absolute minimum. They even took their shoes off at the front door - service above and beyond!! I've never written such a long review in my life, but really wanted to say a huge thanks for our amazing new bed, and to encourage others to use them - they really are excellent and genuinely care about the beds they make. Thank you so much xx”

“Excellent service and communication from Button & Sprung: Ordered bed online and was provided with a delivery date. On day of delivery the team phoned us 20 minutes before their arrival. After confirming where the bed was to go, the team bought in the various bits and pieces, put together the bed and removed all the packaging, all within 30 minutes.”

“Love the bed, delivery team put together very fast and safely. Plus took all rubbish with them. Had a video appointment with the showroom which really helped us to pick our bed and fabric. Great service all round!”
