“If you want to "buy smarte", buy elsewhere. Purchased an A-grade factory second washing machine from their website. They asked what day I would like delivered. I advised Friday of that week. Delivery driver rings on the Wednesday and says he is 30 mins away. Had to leave work early to receive the unscheduled delivery. The machine appears to have been dropped heavily, with the casing and chassis badly bent and deformed. The machine sits out of balance on the floor and wobbles badly. Inside was full of mould. Not a brand new factory second it would seem. First wash leaked everywhere from somewhere internal. Immediately contacted Buy Smarte via phone and email with description and photos, requesting refund. There has been no return contact after a week. Will be taking this matter further.”

“I bought a factory second Samsung fridge last week. The fridge arrived on Thursday but it doesn’t work. I’m still trying to solve the problem but I haven’t heard from anybody.”
“I still haven't gotten my delivery. It was addressed to the wrong address/suburb. I double checked the address I had inputted and had written the right address, however someone has inputed the worng address and I have had difficulty contacting the tracking company”

“I leave note, and email confirmation we need delivered on 25 March 2022, after my new home handover. But the driver send the two big TV on 21st March, I have to arrange someone open the door for him and I don’t have a key! And the driver disagree to put the two big TVs in to the house!!! It’s a 85inch TV and he just dropped in front door!”
