“BuySmarte sold us a TV with chips in the screen. They have refused to accept the TV back and provide a refund. This has resulted in a fair trading complaint. After buying three TVs from them over the last 6 years, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”
“Disappointing Experience with My Washtower Delivery
I was initially excited to receive my Washtower, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon delivery, I discovered it leaking all over my laundry floor—an inconvenience and frustration I didn’t anticipate. Every wash since then has litres of water all over the floor. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Since the issue arose, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer support through calls and emails, asking for urgent assistance. Despite these efforts, it’s been seven days, and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone.
This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to prioritize customer concerns and improve your service.”
“Our TV's were dumped in the Parcel Room / Foyer of our Apartment Building without notice and we had to get assistanse to move them to our Apartment. We provided instrucitons at the tiome of order to contact us prior to delivery and that they were to be delivered directly to our Apartment door.”
“Beware the "Factory Second"!! I bought a "Factory Second" soundbar and it was clearly second hand. They did not even bother to try to make it look new! The power cords were just wrapped around themselves, there were marks on the bottom where the previous owner had them resting. Their response was just to restate that it was a factory second.”
“Very poor experience. The television I ordered never arrived. Repeated delivery dates missed with no communication. Unapologetic customer service. No offer of replacement. On a positive note we did get a refund without any hassle. Would have preferred to get my purchase though! Will certainly not use this company again.”
“The screen turned up scratched and the monitor colour is a strange pink hue, which from what I can tell from searching online indicates a manufacture fault. I'll be requesting a replacement today.”
“The machine delivered last Friday had the correct model on the outer packaging, but the actual machine model was incorrect. I called and emailed customer service, and they replied that they would get back to me with a solution by noon the next day. However, the next day was Saturday, and I received no response. It wasn't until Monday that I called and emailed again to urge them to replace the dryer. They then emailed me saying the delivery could be arranged for Wednesday. I received the replacement on Wednesday, but I was not satisfied because the dryer had scratches on the door, and it looked dirty. I knew I was buying a machine with damaged packaging, but I didn't expect so many issues with the appearance. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.”
“The entire thing wasn't wrapped or covered when it was delivered, so there were scratches during delivery. The delivery itself was the worst. Below expectations.”
“The shipping company (that was the only choice) still has not delivered the package. Despite calling and giving delivery instructions and advice every 2 day they put the package in a van and then don't even bother to attempt to deliver it. On twice I have stayed late at my place of work to wait for their arrival and one of the times I watched the driver just drive past and ignore me. This is truely a horrid experience.”
“Product was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday even though we had no previous advise. I did request via email on Monday what day delivery would be. Card was left as we were not home. We rebooked delivery for Friday. I took the whole day off and waited. No advise given for non delivery until I rang customer sevise, who were very helpful. Unfortunately the drivers truck broke down in morning however no advise was given that delivery would not be made. Now rebooked for Monday”
