“Seamless service up to the delivery -that’s when problems were encountered .Informed we would receive txt message evening before delivery but didn’t -called to be told delivery driver was ill .these things happen but up to company to keep customers informed .Had to make contact next day to ask about delivery time .The delivery driver himself was great and not his responsibility to do the communication .”

“Delivery was really quick - thank you - product was meant to be factory seconds - disappointed to find the control dials area was very dirty and must have been used so much the numbers were rubbed off 1 side of the casters wouldn't click in the grill on the underside because the grill was pushed up out of shape and the cord was also grubby and marked - heater seems to work well but I think this should have been sold as secondhand somewhat cheaper.”
“In short, one cannot complain about the price and the 12-month warranty, sadly, the TV was delivered without the mounting brackets to achieve the FRAME look, which cost me another $100.00 for the installer who I had booked to mount the TV.”
“Their service is good. I appreciate their efforts really. They don't work over weekends and I ordered during weekend and they still communicated to me re the delivery process, and after I selected the date and time then they also confirmed it to me. TV I purchased is good and I don't have any complaints till now.
The only negative point against them is the delivery service they used. The delivery people were not professionals, their carrier was messed up and my TV was among some old stuff. Moreover, they were not careful with handling of the TV as well. Thank God that my TV was not damaged but it's packing was and even infront of me they damaged the packing due to the way they were handling it. This is why you have got a three star. Please note that the TV I bought from them was 150$ cheaper then Samsung's own website, which I came to know afterwards, so they can afford good delivery partners. This is the only reason why I have given them 3 stars.”
