Ordered lawnmower part 27/4/22. Taken my money no communication, no email address, no contact number.. Absolutely appauling customer service.. Is this company even legit?

I ordered a oven seal for my father who needed it for his oven quite quickly so ordered one for him as you do. On both the order and the shipping note it says OVEN SEAL but a HDMI cable has been sent out! I ordered it nearly 2 weeks ago now and even paid £4.99 delivery for it but I still don’t have the correct item After sending in a email saying the wrong item has been sent out and could the right one be sent out also if they wanted the HDMI cable back could they send me a returns label and I would have to out my way and post it back to them but it’s a business I understand that. But after another email and a phone call through to there sister company who told me I couldn’t have a phone number for them as they don’t take calls and that a manager from buyspares would be emailed and someone would call me back TODAY but still no one has replied to my emails and no phone call back nothing so even after 3 emails and a phone call I still have no oven seal for my fathers oven. I just don’t get it on one email they told me they needed to do an investigation, A investigation into what the person picking has picked the wrong item or the wrong item was in the wrong bin and picked the and packed the wrong item what investigation needs to be done really….the wrong item has been sent and they have known this for a week now but they still have not sent the right item. Unlike most companies that I have sent the wrong item out to me in the past they just send the right one out to you for next day and for such a low cost item like a hdmi cable the postage costs would out weigh the value of the item so say just keep it I have a box of hdmi cables they come with every you would need one for nowadays So I still have no idea if the correct item will turn up or just order one from somewhere else hopefully they will get it Right it’s not hard really It’s the only company I know of that won’t even send out the correct item out even though it’s there error and mistake. Unbelievably BAD experience Do not use

I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong part and you can't send back to cost way more to the UK than the part is worth this is the biggest scam , and there's no phone number to call them. Do not ever order from them ever!!!!

They shouldn't even get one star, but I have to give something. Ordered a circuit board that came out to $70 total on 3/2 and started emailing them about tracking info on 3/9. 7 days is plenty of time to get a tracking number. Everytime I emailed them, they extended the time frame of when I should contact them regarding this. I finally filed a claim with paypal, thankfully I was smart enough to pay that route. It hasn't been resolved yet, but I know I will get my money back as they actually take care of their customers unlike this scam of a "business."

Paid over £13 and received ONE screw. When I complained and asked for a refund I only got half of it back. Still trying to chase after 3 months. DO NOT do business with these crooks, you have been warned.

I would like to tell everyone. I ordered to parts for my Delongi coffee machine. Hard to find pats for this in the USA not sure why. I had great communication. Did take a little over 2 weeks to receive with all the issues in the world. I did receive both packages one earlier than the other. They are an hones responsive company. After reading all the bad reviews I was afraid.

Web page address finder did not clear address so ended up with invalid address (mix of two). immediately informed them of the correct address which i was informed was updated on the order. Items dispatched 2 weeks later to the invalid address. Apparently once items are returned i will get a refund but not entirely sure as royal mail said they delivered the parcel somewhere. So after a frustrating set of communication with the complaints email address i still don't have the items and am waiting on a refund though i asked them to send me the items. No apology given and very poor communication and so not using them again. Will have to wait to see if the order is refunded.

Returned 2 items with seperate codes 7 weeks ago. Proof of delivery from 6 weeks ago. Lower value item refunded promptly. Then given the total run around, it has taken 6 weeks and over 30 chaser emails from me to get refund, tespite them confirming on the 2nd email that the item was received. Latest email refused to confirm if refund processed but told me to not chase for a further 14 working days! Appalling! They obviously bank on customers not checking for full refunds and pocketing the balance! I have used these guys before but never again!! avoid, there are plenty of others out there that are not ripping off their customers.

I bought cooker knobs for £32. When came wrong size. I sent them back, received an email saying they had received the items back & I will be refunded in 3-5 days. One day later refunded £4.69. No live chat, no phone number in use as it does state phone number not in use on website. I've had to go through my bank to issue the full refund. They are thieves! Need to be shut down!

Do not deal with this site. It is not Irish despite the .ie domain. They charged me including VAT but the Irish Revenue charged VAT also, and when I contacted buyspares.ie they basically said tough luck, no refunds. Shower of gangsters.

Ordered a vacuum bag for the garden vacuum on 20th August, as it was showing in stock on the website. Order confirmed and informed delivery within 10 days. Still nothing received 13 days later and no update. Emailed them (their live chat not working and no telephone number) to ask for an update and informed the product is OUT OF STOCK, and will be dispatched after 30th Sept. Asked them why they had let the order go through if it was not in stock, and why they hadn’t updated me. No response to this whatsoever. Asked them to cancel the order which they did. Terrible service. I would be waiting over a month and probably longer if I hadn’t have got in touch. Do not use this company

This site uses an irish domain as in buyspares.ie, it is a UK site and not an irish site. DO NOT BUY from this site. any site using another countries domain is unethical. it costs to import from UK as it chose to withdraw from EU. no one should have to pay for bad political decisions and no one should buy anything from a site that is UK masquerading as an Irish site. this is not an innocent mistake but a sleight of hand.

Beware- Ongoing issue. 10 weeks now. Supplied a faulty part which caused fire damage to appliance which needed to be replaced. Terrible customer service. Initially ignored me for weeks. Then a manager promised compensation. Then a second manager reneged. Court next step. They need to understand they can’t treat customers like this.

Fully agree, full scum and you can’t get through to them. Tried to return and tried to cancel the orders. The phone number is no one answering, live chat doesn’t exist. They are thieves! Will talk to the lawyers it has to be stopped

I bought a washing machine seal which ripped within a week of fitting. I had paid £50 to have it fitted. I arranged another through the workman and paid for another seal. I then asked for a refund from buyspares. I had to pay postage and arranged proof of posting and a tracker service. I heard nothing and am currently in dispute as they keep asking for the same proofs which I keep sending but have not had my refund. I did point out I had had to pay twice for fitting for they have ignored this. I can prove they picked it up on 21/6 and one month later still no refund. They are incompetent and probably crooked. Do not use this company. There is no phone number and live chat dropped when I wrote my text about a refund.

Bought a Black and Decker Strimmer Guard for a Reflex GL 350 . Wrong item will not fit. Returning it has been a nightmare. Still unable to retrieve. Is this a ploy buy the company to make it difficult so you will give up.
