“Price was good especially with the discount code, however I bought the gift to use at the weekend for a friends birthday but after purchasing the voucher and ringing the spa I was told if i want a weekend appointment i have to book a few weeks in advance! Not good.”

All offers should have longer shelf life - minium 1 year. Problem with additional service charges particularly with afternoon teas at Hilton Park Lane who try it on with everyone. This has been reported to Buyagift who as far as I am aware have not addressed the issue.”
“Ok price but twice now BuyaGift have messed up the personalised messages and gift boxes. Spent ages on the phone to Customer Services the first time they’ve now sent through the second batch and still mistakes.”

“I found it really easy to buy the gifts/experiences I wanted. The service was poor, I have requested an item to be in a gift box but it came standard. I phoned the customer service team who said they will send the gift box next delivery - which was great, however again the standard envelope was delivered rather the gift box which now meant I needed a refund on the gift box and I had to purchase my own else where - They were happy to refund but could not resolve the actual issue.”
“Good choice, website needs work - let me order and select next day delivery (extra £7.50) without delivery address - web page jumped and cleared address after I’d put payment details in, which resulted in delayed delivery. No customer service outside office hours (mon-fri 9-5) - not very good for an online Shopping experience. Make delivery address compulsory before you can continue. Have longer CS hours.”
“Bought helicopter flight for brothers 50th - ordering was easy! Not booked the experience yet but due to get a free glass of bubbly with the trip but reading the other reviews this doesn’t always happen! Don’t suppose a refund will be given if it doesn’t - watch this space!”

“Love the spa deals. Purchased another 2 for 1 spa day at Champneys as I have done many times before. Price was more than usual but Forest Mere has been renovated so I accepted it. Disappointed though as this offer isn't the same as I usually get and hasn't been made obvious in the advert. I usually have access from 9am with breakfast but that isn't included this time :(”
