I ordered a gift, a treat for me, and then could not contact the company. I asked for a refund from buy a gift and still haven’t heard from them either. Not impressed at all

Unfortunately, despite paying for the next day courier service, the gift, which I also paid to be presented in the gift box, did not arrive until 4 days later and too late for my boyfriend’s birthday. Whilst this may have been due to the courier company, I emailed to request a refund for the courier service I paid for and have not received a response.

Ordered a gift for friends, they received it 2 days later only to log on and be told the experience was no longer available and they had to switch it for something else. Not very happy. They shouldn't have accepted our money if they can't honour the service.

Accepted my money then said they could not verify the payment and asked me to email a copy of my ID (hello identity theft- very unsafe!). I live abroad and was buying a Christmas gift for my brother, if you don’t accept foreign cards you should have made that clear at the outset.

I purchased a buy a gift through Top cash back whom were offering a special deal, for customers. Unfortunately I was then told by TopCashback that buy a gift would not honour the deal. So I feel totally let down by, buy a gift as I would not of purchased the package unless the incentive had been made by buy a gift or top cash back. 🙁

Ordered a gift for Christmas, I was told it would take 1-2 working days to be delivered and it’s now been over a week! Hoping it arrives before Christmas as it is a well deserved Christmas present for a loved one!
