It's not the gift that's the problem it's the fact I've tried to contact you several times to let you know there were two identical gifts ordered and I wish to get a refund for one. I've never heard from you after several emails. As usual companies are willing to sell products and want to know how well they've done but customer response isn't great. Please, please respond in some way. T Doyle.

I did ask that the package be sent to me not the person the gift was for. As it was addressed to them and not me, they have opened their present early and therefore I now have to get them another present. Not happy

I requested a posted voucher and not received it in time for a present. Struggling to arrange another voucher. Just want a replacement for the one that did not arrive giving a PDF is not quite the same 😞

Buying the voucher, no problem. Trying to book the experience with Bombay Sapphire online and by phone, nightmare. Only after 2 days, several emails to the distillery staff, has the sitbeen festive without being able to book online.

I don’t know if instructions aren’t clear but gift went to person that was an Xmas gift so opened early and did not say who it was from so very disappointed

I have used buyagift on other occasions and been totally satisfied. Unfortunately on this occasion the recipient of the gift did not receive it. I phoned her after 10 days to ask her if she had received a small parcel from me. She had not, unfortunately I had to tell her to expect one, totally spoiling the element of surprise for her. When I phoned your helpline to explain what had happened the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent it out again for next day delivery. Unfortunately my friend did not receive it next day. I am hopeful that it will be delivered on Monday. It would have been so much nicer for my friend if she had received her gift from me as a total surprise as she has been through very difficult times.

Price was good. Customer service was helpful. They tried to resolve the problem the best they could but the offer I bought was not actually valid for the location I requested. They did offer me something else but In the end I was refunded and I bought direct.

Booked a 'View from the Shard' experience... 'no booking' required or even possible. Arrived at the Shard and every day was fully booked and they suggested I go online and book! Not helpful as its not possible with a Buyagift voucher and so a wasted journey during my trip to London. Refund requested. Needs some serious joined up thinking and the ability to book a time slot.
