on the 30th of Nov tried to book a 2 night hotel experience on line using code Hotel 20, giving me £20off the price,it wouldn't accept the code. I rang up and spoke to Sarah Tucker, I got the impression that the code finished the day before. Sarah told me to book the experience at full price and she would refund me the £20,I'm still waiting,I would even have used the money to buy another experience.

Sale, Purchase and delivery all excellent. As the gift was posted to another address,and is not to be opened till Christmas I have not seen it, or assessed the contents. Therefore I can not even say whether it was the right gift. Hence the median score. Barbara Adshead

Ordered a driving experience for my grandson 5-6 days ago which still has not arrived despite being charged £1.99 for postage. Thank goodness for the electronic voucher!

Very efficient and site easy to use also competitive prices. But wrong information on hotel location ,confusing . I rang to clarify (bit of a trek) . Still hasn't been changed on Web site . 😕

Transaction was smooth however when it came to booking the experience we had an issue with treatments not being available until February it was a shame on the hotels part. We had to get a refund. However for value for money this site is great

We tried to book two hotels that you are still advertising, both told us they are not taking bookings from buyagift, the Dales country hotel and Sea marge hotel, along with Stanton House Hotel are still being advertised, it seems more and more venues are moving or dealing direct. Regards Kevin

nice meal but was not aware it was a separate menu for voucher holders so a little disappointing that not able to choose anything from main menu and this was not explained before purchasing voucher. A little embarrassing for the recipients of the gift.

Went on your site to order this gift,before I did I asked if there was a Marriot hotel in my hometown. It stated there was,so I purchased the gift. Now found out there isn't a hotel near me, so a complete waste of my time and money. 😡

I got an online discount code of £15 which was great. However slightly dissapointed as it said of anything no value restriction. On trying to book several things at £25 or less it said " this code is invalid "

Great value. The only criticism was that it took a little while for the voucher to be activated, meaning that when booking the activity; after being on hold for twenty minutes was told that voucher not activated yet. I had to contact buy a gift to get it authorised/activated then make the booking ‘again’.
