My voucher hasn't arrived yet and I am getting rather worried about it. I have sent a query to you but it hasn't been answered. I purchased the voucher last Monday. I would appreciate an answer.

RIPPED OFF. Many of the offers are available on other websites, but decided to purchase via Top Cashback, as they offered money back on any order. Then they blocked the cashback and refused to honor the payment. Not such a good offer and not an honest company. Very disappointed!

Ordering, price and delivery fab but the product is extremely poorly finished. The enamel (on this mug) around the top is very rough and drinking from it might be dangerous. It was not damaged in transit. (I was lucky enough to get a £10 voucher off the price so feel guilty complaining to be honest But I thought you’d like to know for future reference)

I received the hello fresh voucher. It can only be used by new customers so I’m going to have to give it away. This doesn’t seem right. As it’s a gift it should be for all customers

Diss appointed. A gift for my wife's birthday. Discovered that the place and date that she would have liked were not available only after I had paid. Looked on Booking. com and hotel and date were available. Wished I had booked directly. Feel conned.

Hi Ian, we are sorry your date is not available with your voucher. All the hotels that we work with do aim to accommodate as many Buyagift customer bookings as possible, but some hotels may be fully booked at certain times. The hotels do have a set number of room allocations for Buyagift vouchers and once this quota has been filled they may have to advise certain dates are fully booked. To minimise any disappointment this may cause, the hotels will always try to make extra rooms available where possible. In addition to this, Buyagift always aim to add information regarding limited availability to the product webpage and also to the My Voucher site. If you are unable to make a booking with any of the hotels of your choice on your preferred dates, you are always welcome to extend or exchange your voucher. Simply log into www.buyagift.com/myvoucher to either: · Extend the validity period of your voucher for a further time period (validity periods will be clearly shown for all hotels) OR · Exchange your voucher for a brand new experience - another hotel stay or something completely different.
