I went through ‘easyfundraiser’ which means that a percentage of the amount I spend is forwarded to a nominated charity and the amount was not credited, I have had to submit a claim for this - disappointed.

Very dissatisfied. The order went through twice as there was a problem online and I e emailed 3 times to ensure the second order is refunded but still no reply?

Bought an experience with discount recently. Gtreat. Had an email today asking for feed back. Iam glad that I browsed the site looking for deals first. Went on to find 24% off today, 16th November,1 day left. Lots of other deals£10 off for couples etc,50% off action ,25% off for students etc Problem- the discount code would not pull back! Only 2 letters visible peeking out a the end of the blue ribbon. The last 2 letters were AT. Have some more gifts to buy, but even going to site where other companies discount codes were including yours there was no way to unpeel the blue ribbon hiding the code. Other companies on search deals tab were Book people, John Lewis etc. Very disappointed! If there is a 24% deal to be had with one day left, the code should be visible. I suppose that you could point out " the while stocks last comment", but it would be hard to believe that all of your stocks were gone, especially when you had no idea what I wanted to purchase. Had good service in the past. Very unhappy and disappointed today. could you please give me an explanation . regards Margaret Watling

I bought a Birds of Prey Experience as a present, expected: An introduction to the birds and how they are trained Time to handle the birds yourself An incredible aerial display My husband got time to handle the birds with 27 people!! No aerial display, no detail on training and very little additional information on the birds. The experience started 45 minutes late. Would definitely not recommend this.

Beware of this company! We was given a dinner date experience for our 40th wedding anniversary, first is you can only book up a meal in listed restaurants which is fair enough. When we arrived at one of the listed restaurants we were given a menu specially for the voucher, which is fair enough but a big but it was the cheaper meals! We know our dinner date voucher cost £60.00, our three course meal cost £31.00! You can only use the voucher once! Absolutely day light robbery!

Purchased a weekend away on Tuesday morning. A week later, I’ve not received it and had no notification of any delivery. A shame as the point of ordering the envelope was to give it as a gift for a birthday tomorrow.

Voucher didn't arrive for a retirement presentation at work, depsite paying for next day delivery. Following 33 minute phone call a 2nd voucher was sent on same day delivery. original P&P refunded.

Gift was not available when arrived at restaurant. Applied for refund using the refund but Buyagift said you have to call in. Why? A refund option exists on the site and as the gift was not delivered a refund should be offered without lots of hassle. its bad enough the gift wasn't available without having to jump through hoops to get a refund.

I ordered a gift voucher on 17th October and it’s now 26th October and I still am not in receipt of my gift card. It’s spoilt surprise for my sisters 20th wedding anniversary today!!

Terrible customer service. Could not book my experience with the supplier, so I contacted customer service. It's been over a week with no resolution, and I have had to chase everyday. Would not recommend!

The two 25 minute treatments only lasted 15 minutes. Furthermore, when training in the gym, members of staff were cleaning in and around myself whilst holding HEAVY weights above my head. Later on after showering, I was attempting to dry my body and put clothes on, when another member of staff was cleaning the floor, in and around my feet. Completely unsafe and unnecessary

How did you do? Worse than useless. I ordered a spa day voucher on Wednesday 11th September, for my partner's birthday on the 14th. It is now Tuesday 17th, and the voucher has STILL NOT ARRIVED! I will be contacting you tomorrow morning to discuss this further. A very dissatisfied customer.
