“The Hurrta raincoat is absolutely superb. Originally I ordered the parka and used the size guide by dog breed. This was a waste of time as when the coat came it was way too small for my toy poodle. But it did give me the opportunity to check out the parka - which I found fiddly to do up as I have a problem with my fingers. I ordered the next size up in the raincoat and it fits really well and it much easier to put on. The service was very quick and nothing to complain about at all”

“I ordered a fish tank on the 26th. I ordered the tracking courier of 1-2 days. I signeed in the account and there was no order there to track. I emailed and got a reply to give my address but I've not had a reply since. Considering its holidays you should have specified that the courier service wouldn't be 1-2 days as I paid an extra £7 for this. Also I now can't sigo into my account to track if there is anything on there. I'm not happy with this and would.expect a refund for the courier srevue and bad communication. I still haven't received it and now cannot track it. I will probably be at work now when it's delivered. Kind regards Clare”

“I purchased a Hurrta dog coat which turned out to be too small. I am trying to return the item for exchange for the next size up and have not had any response to my emails. Perhaps this will speed things up!! The coat and price is fabulous - just the service that is poor”

“We purchased a coat for our dog and returned the item recorded delivery under their terms and conditions but we have not had an acknowledgement that they have received the item even though we have proof that the item was signed for by one of their staff. Despite repeated requests they have refused to answer our emails. We feel cheated and have concerns that they are operating a bogus company. We are now having to take legal advice to attempt to recieve a full refund.They have no contact telephone number,we feel very let down.”

“Bought item as seen on website. Item confirmed in email. Took seller 2 days to dispatch and another 2 days to arrive. Buyallmeans sent different item. Not what was wanted. Sent email to seller. No reply from seller. Put in Paypal claim. Paypal required item to be returned by tracked mail. Tracked mail cost nealy as much as item bought. I am now out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Bought same item much cheaper from other ebay seller, and it arrived next day by first class mail. Waste of time and money doing business with Buyallmeans. Avoid at all costs!!!!!”
