“Ordered quaich on the 6th February 2019. Wanted to send something memorable for my nephew who was getting married in California. Quaich arrived in California on Monday 11th. They were over the moon with the gift and his American wife thought it was amazing. Excellent service thanks so much”

“Superb quality and customer service, my order arrived promptly, even though it travelled to Florida. Purchased the presentation box which added an extra touch of elligance. Engraving was very nicely done and high quality, very pleased with the delivered product and sure the quaich will be a treasured Wedding reminder and Scottish heritage. Customer service was fantastic and email questions were promptly answered. Overall very, very pleased with entire interactions and the high quality of the delivered quaich. Will be sure to recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful quaich and exceptional customer service.”

“This is the most helpful place to buy a personal quaich so stop now and smile. It is a beautiful wedding gift which was used during the ceremony, a keepsake for life to pass on. “This is the second time I've bought Quaichs from buyaquaich.com I don't know how they do it but shipping across the pond is relatively inexpensive and very quick. Products are well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Engraving was riight on the mark. Good job.”

“Nice product but did not arrive in time. I phoned up especially to check that it would and was assured that since the item was in stock it would arrive in two days. Unfortunately it took 5 days. I think it was the fault of the postal service given that it was dispatched the same day as I ordered it so perhaps the company needs to look at this aspect.”
