“I ordered a quaich for my husband to be for our wedding next year. I had to make a small change and this was confirmed in an email clearly written by a real person, not automated. The quaich came quicker than expected amongst all the Christmas post and I love it. Now I'm just hoping my fiancé will too!”

“Although the actual Quaich that I had preferred could not be delivered in time (it was the special wedding Quaich that apparently is made to order, usually about 10 days, but due to time of year, Xmas/New Year period, this did not suit), the help I received via email was good & allowed me to acquire an alternative product, which I am happy with. One point I would like to make, if I may, is that, when ordering the wedding Quaich on line, there was no mention of the 'made to order' situation at any point of the purchase system. If there had been then it would have helped & negated the need for the email traffic to sort out a solution. Regards, Alan Young”

“I am from the United States and I was very excited to receive my product. While waiting I was informed that my quaich would not be here on time for Christmas. The company new about the situation and felt horrible so they basically overnighted my quaich and I received it next day! 5 days before Christmas! Thank you so much! My dad said it was the best gift of the year!! Sincerely Jillian”

Normally there is a small card to explain what the quaich is and how its used, its usually under the quaich in the box. I am really sorry to hear it was missing! “Very pleased with The crystal qhaich I purchased recently for anniversary gift . Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit. I was amazed and very pleased with the speed that another item was sent to me. The ladies that dealt with this were superb and I received it within 2 days of initially informing them. “The engraving was not as I was expecting, before I ordered I called to explain what i was trying to achieve with the engraving, I was hoping to have the names I supplied engraved on the inside wall of the Quaich, and I was told that was possible so i placed the order, when it turned up the engraving was all placed on the bottom of the Quaich which was not as striking as i wanted.”

Hi Ian, Thanks for your review, I am really sorry to hear the engraving was not how you were expecting. I see there was a note on your order requesting that the text should have been engraved on the inside wall of the quaich. Sadly this is not something we are actually able to do but we should have gotten in touch with you before we had the quaich engraved. I am so sorry about this. “Excellent service and arrived a day earlier than expected. Helpful customer service staff (Rachel in particular) when I emailed about the possibility of changing the delivery address. This was not a problem and it duly arrived as promised. Fabulous treatment from start to finish and such a refreshing change in this day and age when you are normally greeted with surly staff who think they are doing you a favour by being there and who take no responsibility for sorting things out. Brilliant. Will certainly be using this company again and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.”

“The service was excellent. We needed the Quaich (complete with engraving) in a very short time so we rang them up and the helpful girl said that she would look out for our online order and make sure it was processed straight away. This was done and we received our order (we paid for express delivery) two days later, thank you.”

“My order seem to take longer than anticipated and when it arrived was not quite as it should be. Got in touch with customer services and arranged for another. Within a few days a replacement had arrived in a one condition. Brilliant service to sort out the problem and really nice people to talk to to make is right for me. Just wish it had been right in the first place for me to be 100% happy”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and design of this very important Quaich which is a wedding present for my son, and as such continues the Scottish Heritage that I and my ancestors strive to maintain as a proud heritage of a a distant clan that has always always been my ancestry, born and bred in the Isle of Lewis although as my father was in the Royal Navy and myself a Regular soldier we never ever forgot our heritage, my son was educated at Queen Victoria School Dunblane and he too has progressed into a military environment. Scotland will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.”
