“The item was much smaller than expected and due to engraving it took a while to be delivered, but overall a fair good job, it looks good.”

“an absolutely stunning piece everything we wanted, delivery was quick the Quaich it's self is really well made and looks great. the engraving is perfect and makes the whole piece totally unique, we couldn't be happier.”

“The original quaich ordered took longer than anticipated to come into stock, and I needed a quaich, as a gift, in Germany by 13/2. When I contacted the company (having had no despatch information) Samantha was very helpful in suggesting alternative quaichs which were in stock, and despatched one the same day. It arrived exactly on 13/2 and the receiver of the gift is happy with it. Samantha really saved the day. It would have been better if the company had told me in advance that there was a delay on the original quaich, so that we could have chosen an alternative. The website quoted (as I recall) 10-14 days and I ordered three weeks in advance. If I hadn't queried the delivery, the gift would have been late and my friend disappointed. So - Samantha should be congratulated for saving the day, but please monitor your open orders and let people know proactively of any delays.”

“We purchased a quaich and plinth, both with engraving, for our upcoming wedding. The items needed to be shipped to Australia and we were running a bit short on time. The items arrived so quickly and we were very happy with the quality. The staff were really helpful when I called with queries and sent updates for the order and shipping to keep me informed. Would highly recommend this company and their products.”

“The Quaich arrived quickly and well packaged, bizarrely if you hold it by both handles and shake it there is a slight rattle but if you hold the body and shake it, it doesn't happen... The handles are firmly fixed on so there's not a problem. The look and feel of the Quaich is generally very good and I would recommend them if you need a Quaich.”
