“It was easy to order on website and very fast delivery”

“This is the first time I purchased a Quaich. your selection was wonderful. I found one for my son's wedding and had it engraved with their wedding date. Received it almost the next day. couldn't believe how quick they are. The only problem I had was after placing the order, I did not receive any type of confirmation. Also didn't receive any info on when it was to be shipped. I sent and email on Friday and tried the online chat and David answered me on Monday morning and confirmed they got the order and that in fact, it had been shipped. He gave me the tracking number and also checked on it and found that it was to be delivered that day. I was stunned. Your customer service rep David was wonderful. If the need arises, I would buy from you again.”

“I was amazed at the speed in which the Quaich and plinth arrived they were here in nearly 24 hours.I purchased this as a gift for my son's wedding to present at dinner.We got the bride to be a Luckenbooth brooch as we are Scottish and wanted a bit of Scotland at the wedding.I am sure they will be as delighted as we were with the quality of the Quaich and plinth.Would definitely buy from this company again.Thank you very much.”

“Excellent service. Took only 2days from placing the order until it was delivered and that was to Northern Ireland. The quaich is beautiful and we even had it engraved in that time. Very highly recommended. Thank you”
