“Great service. We ordered on a Monday morning and we had 3 engraved quaichs at my house in Ireland by the Thursday. Fast service of a lovely product :)”

“I was really impressed with the service I received at buyaquaich.com. I failed to notice that my requested quaich was special order and would take some extra time for delivery, but the lady in customer services was just brilliant, helping me out and making sure that I received what I needed on time. The quality of the product is also superb. This was a brilliant shopping experience.”

Hi Christine, I am really pleased to hear you are happy with your quaich. I am sorry that the engraving is not quite as large as you would have hoped. We do normally leave the size and placement up to the engraver but we are happy to follow any instructions you have if you just add them to the additional instructions box on the order. “The Quaich and the engraving, a present for my grandson's christening, are excellent quality. The speed and courtesy of service was very good too. The only disappointment was that the company were unable to place the engraving in exactly the position I would have preferred but the reasons for this were explained to me and understood before the order was fulfilled. Quite happy”

“Very happy with the Quaich I ordered and the excellent service I received. I made a typo error in the message to be engraved (totally my own fault!) and didn't realise until it was too late and the Quaich was on its way. After sending an email to the company explaining what I had done, they immediately sent a replacement Quaich. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”
