“We needed A Quaich to take as a thankyou present to some friends in Malta. ordered the Clan crest product on the Thursday arrived on the Tuesday and it wasn't a stocked product. Excellent quality and brilliant service. Many Thanks”

“DISAPPOINTED AT TIME TAKEN TO FULFIL MY ORDER Mixed feelings about this. I was visiting the UK for three weeks, during which time I planned to present the quaich to my daughter and her fiance. Although I ordered it a week before I arrived in the UK, two weeks later it had still not arrived. A phone call revealed that the order, although received, had not even been passed on to the manufacturers. I did eventually get it, a week later, but it was too late for me to give it to the intended recipients. The quaich was fine, and my engraving request had been carried out, but very disappointing that I had to bring it back home to South Africa with me. Will now have to dispatch the parcel by post instead of giving it to the bridal couple personally, as I had intended.”

Hi Kay, I'm so sorry this was missed. Both ourselves and our manufacturer have been using a new email system which was simply bad timing. I'm sorry this meant the present was late.I know this is for your daughter's wedding later in the year and I hope it will be a well used and treasured gift. Apologies for any stress caused ~Rachel

“Quality of item is high. Inscription perfect even down to use of French acute accent as requested. Dispatch was prompt and delivery (in France) was within seven days, including a weekend and public holiday Monday.”

“Quaich is lovely and is a great wedding gift however, disappointed that it came in a box with no protection or presentation so the quaich rattled around in the box. I have to go and buy presentation material for the box”

“This was a special purchase, for a christening Your customer service was very good, responsive & goods were well on time. The product was flawed, with a small raised bump on the rim of the quaich. The engraving (Clarendon) was unusual. Selected for an unfussy and easy to read appearance, it was undertaken in an unusual and lightweight "shadow" style, making it difficult to read as was the detail of the engraved crest. Overall I was disappointed, and would not purchase from this site again.”

“The quaich is exactly as presented. It is a very fine and beautiful quaich. The clan Ramsay crest is well positionned. It is for us (clan Ramsay France) a must have quaich. Delivery was fast, even for a foreign country. Thanks for this beautiful product.”
