“Bought two quaichs separately and because I was not in the Uk they had to be delivered to two different addresses in Scotland and with a date line. No problem. Job done. Price was right and service as good as it gets. Congratulations !! Jim Thomson”

“My quaich arrived yesterday and I am delighted with it! While making my decision about which quaich to purchase, I found the live-chat help extremely responsive and helpful -- very reassuring when ordering long-distance. I was also happy to learn that the quaichs are produced in Britain and not outsourced. Delivery was timely even with additional time necessary for engraving. The presentation box could have been better padded because the quaich itself damaged the box (quaich was in perfect shape). I'm presenting it to my husband this weekend, and know that it will immediately becomes a treasured family heirloom. Thanks for making this purchase an interesting and fun experience!”

“A major delay upon ordering when my order was not checked and there was an option needing attention. My order was in limbo for some time. There was another delay in shipping on the UK end but I was contacted and told Air Mail shipping would be utilized in an attempt to get the quaich to me before the Scottish Games here. I ordered and paid April 4 and received the quaich on May 28, unfortunately after the Games. That being said, today (May 28) the quaich arrived here in the US and it is beautiful, complete with our clan crest and of great quality. We will be able to use it for future Scots events and we're glad we ordered it from buyaquaich.com. Hopefully in the future orders will be scrutinized more closely to avoid shipping delays.”

“it was beautiful and my nephew loved it. box was damaged and i would have appreciated a cloth bag to protect the pewter. this was a college grad gift for a award winning new york lacrosse team to share for team reunions.”

“When I phoned to enquire about delivery date, I was told that as it was Easter weekend and firm was closed but the lady I spoke to assured me she would make sure the Quaich would be posted express and I would receive it before I was due to leave for abroad. (The Quaich was meant to be a wedding present) It was posted on 22/4/14 and received 25/4/14 - 2 days after I had left. Don't know if buyaquaich.com was too long in passing the order to supplier, (order dated 13/4/14 - 4 days before holiday weekend) or if it was the supplier who failed to meet the delivery date but whatever I am left with the indignity of having to post a belated wedding present at a needless expense to myself. I had placed an order the same day with a firm south of border and was delivered within 3 days - does that say it all?”

Hi Kathleen, Thanks very much for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that the quaich did not reach you in time to give as a gift at the wedding. I see your order was placed on the evening of the 13th of April, the quaich you selected does take 10 working days to make up and dispatch. After your call I asked for your order to be treated with priority and we managed to get it in the post to you by the 22nd with free upgraded postage to make sure it arrived it time. I am sure that the quaich will be a well received gift, if there is any thing else I can do to help please do get in touch ~ Sam
