“I ordered 3 items which were quick to arrive & were well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of these (an engraved item) was scratched so I contacted the company who arranged for a replacement straight away. At every stage they (Samantha) were very quick to respond to my emails, very professional and I can honestly say that this is the best customer service I have ever seen from any company. There are a magnitude of big organisations out there who could learn a thing or two about customer service from this company. I would happily order from them again and have full confidence knowing that any problems encountered will be addressed by a real person.”

“The Quaich I purchased made a wonderful christening gift for our grandson. It is beautifully crafted and his parents were very impressed. “I was very impressed with the speed of delivery to the US and the Quiach itself. What was disappointing was the boxes they came in. They were torn and full of holes and even taped up by yourselves. As I bought two quiachs from you as gifts, I expected the boxes to be good to give them in. I now have to go out and find replacement boxes.”

“Very impressed with initial advice service, both by phone and by online chat when ordering. We then had a problem with not making the promised delivery time, which caused me some initial alarm, but what MOST impressed me was the speed and initiative with which the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
