“Very nice. My fiancé and I are very happy. They followed our font and placement instructions perfectly. Some of the engraving aren’t as dark or deep in some places, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5. But my fiancé can be very picky and he didn’t say anything about it haha. Very happy.”

“Fantastic customer service for the second time. Ordered the Quaich on Monday late afternoon previewed the engraving on Tuesday morning and received it on Thursday complete with Clan engraving. Absolutely thrilled with it and has exceeded all expectations. The perfect gift for a Golden Wedding Anniversary for Canadian friends. Thank you so very much David for the best customer service you could ask for. He even advised me on the best layout for all the text on the Quaich which took the pressure off. “The item arrived in Japan after only 7 days. The product was packaged a little poorly and had a slight bend on the handle, but nothing that was very noticeable. Overall friendly and fast. I’ll be buying another very soon.”

“One can always feel a little anxious when purchasing items sight unseen and from countries a long way from home (Scotland/Australia) but once I started dealing with David and his prompt and professional replies, I realised this might be a company I could have confidence in. Rest assured I was right. David organised an Australian military emblem used for engraving and helped me all the way until a quaich, plinth and engraving was decided. Item arrived today and it's fantastic. I would be more than to buy again, just need a gift for someone that really deserves items such as this.”

“Excellent service & excellent products. Was able to use an image of my own which was very easy to upload. The order form had a section to add formatting details for the inscription. Using this and further emails from David, the inscription was carried out precisely as I wanted. Fast, friendly, efficient and helpful service. Would not hesitate to recommend”

“First of all, it was very easy to order the quaichs via the website. The wide choice of size & design available made choosing a little tricky - but that's not a bad thing! I chose 3 different fonts from a wide variety of options. The quaichs arrived, well packaged, very quickly. I was extremely happy with them, as were the recipients. I'll definitely be buying again!”
