“Bought the 'Retirement' tankard as a gift and was able to arrange to have it engraved with a personal message and sent directly to the recipient in the presentation box purchased at the same time - all for under £45. On this particular tankard (by making use of the generous space for additional notes/comments available when ordering), I was able to have the person's name engraved on the 'front' and my bespoke message engraved on the 'back'. Ordered online during office hours on the Wednesday and tankard was delivered on the Saturday. Only 'issue' I had was when it came to the payment online, it didn't work properly (tried to pay by Credit Card) and I had to call the telephone number for assistance - they were quick to answer, very nice to speak to and sorted it out in no time while I was on the line (I don't consider this an issue and only mention it as the staff on the phone were very nice and helpful so deserve a 'thank you'). As it was sent out direct, I haven't seen the tankard itself, however, I have seen a photo of the recipient holding the tankard and looking very pleased with it, so a great purchase in my opinion and would recommend to friends.”

“We called at your centre in Edinburgh and, although you normally deal only on the internet, your very helpful receptionist helped us find a tankard, engraved it and gave us it there and then. The recipient was very pleased with the present and we did not have to worry about delivery dates”

“I was sent the wrong item (a cheaper product) and was unhappy with the presentation box as it was too large for the tankard. I decided to keep the tankard that you sent in error, as I did not have time to wait for a replacement, and asked for the difference to be refunded which was agreed by one of your staff (who also offered a refund on the box), which I accepted. The communication from your staff was prompt and courteous, but I was initially only refunded part of that due. However, the error (when pointed out) was corrected quickly.”

“I bought tankards similar to these almost 40yrs ago for my children. My son who now lives in Los Angeles asked if I could get one for his son. His requirements were for not only for British made but with the Sheffield stamp on, as this is his home town. To my delight I found you, the tankard is exactly as I wanted it. The inscription is well done, having a choice of fonts is a great touch. He is going to be so pleased when I take it over to him in 2weeks time and delighted when he sees the family crest on the back. Thank you”

“Fantastic service! I must admit I was a little dubious ordering online from Canada, but I needn't have worried. Submitted my order on Thursday (with emblem for engraving), received a notice that the items were shipped the following day and they arrived at my home on Vancouver Island 3 days later!
