“I was very pleasantly surprised. I placed the order mid day on Thursday and the tankard was shipped out Friday and I received it registered post on Monday. The quality is very good, the inscription very well done. I would recommend Buyatankard.”

“Loved the product; it arrived prompt and I ordered late for Christmas. Engraving amazing ; site used to request what I wanted easy to use but I had to pay for the box it came in so that's why it was a good and not excellent !!!! It needed to come in the presentation box but that was an extra £5 and I just think it should be included ; small moan but otherwise fab product!! Son on law loved it and said it will be what he drinks out of from now on X”

“Really gorgeous work. Exactly up to spec and precisely what I needed. My order arrived well ahead of when I was told it would and therefore well ahead of when I actually need it. Ideal! There's always a bit of uncertainty when it comes to engraving work, so it would have been nice to have a proof before okaying the work, but given the outcome, it seems unnecessary. Would definitely use again. Hopefully more of my friends become the tankard-drinking type!”

“The first time the mug was received the engraving had been missed off. I left both an e-mail and a telephone message on the Saturday it was delivered but I had to phone again on the Monday afternoon as no-one had contacted me. I don't think I shall use your services again.”

Hi Michael, I am so sorry to hear the problem with the order, I am really sorry that the engraving was missed from your order, I think in our hurry to get all our orders out as quickly as possible so they arrive in time for Christmas that we packaged up the order with out your engraving message to your Grandson. We are not normally open at the weekends but during December we do come in to help out, I see Jayde replied to your initial email just a few minutes after we received it, I am so sorry to hear you did not get this. I hope you didn't think we were ignoring you! I'm really pleased you got back in touch on the Monday though and we were able to help. ~ Sam
