“This company was very prompt to send the merchandise ordered. The engraving was beautiful. When I called to order and ask questions, the person was very helpful. I felt confident that if there were more questions concerning my order or engraving, they would call me first. They also had to locate two more items to complete my order. I really appreciate the fine work they did. We were on a time limit, too.”

“I ordered this for my Dad for his retirement and he was thrilled with it. The finish is very professional and looks as though it cost more than it did. I was very happy with the engraving and the presentation box. Would definitly use this again.”

“Tankard arrived the next day but was not engraved as requested. Emailed them and second tankard arrived the next day properly engraved. Fast response in rectifying their mistake. Tankard seems of good quality.”

“Bought a tankard for an 18th birthday present. Unfortunately instructions for engraving were not followed correctly, however when the problem was pointed out, buyatankard.com dealt with the issue immediately. They offered to replace the tankard or refund the engraving cost. Excellent customer service and a wonderful product. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful tankard. Thank you for your excellent customer service.”

“We have had tankards for over 40 years and our son wanted some of his own for his birthday. The timeframe was tight and we were delighted the tankards were sent very quickly after ordering and arrived in NZ very quickly and with time to spare. The son is delighted with his tankards.”

“The staff had questions about my engraving placement and they contacted me immediately. This helped speed up the process of getting my tankard. I ordered on Friday from the United States and they got me my order with international priority shipping within 24 hrs of sending it out to honor their shipping time. Great overall experience.
